Every Time I come to this Ihop Orlando makes me feel like I'm at home. He recognizes us as we walk in and greets us with a smile at the door. He remembers our orders too and even brings ranch without us asking! He is the greatest. We're vegetarian so we are a pain in the ass to serve but he does so with unmatched pleasentness. #OrlandoforIHOPCEO2026

My granddaughter took me there on the 28th for my birthday breakfast. It was the worst food ever. My hash browns were burnt. Crepes had no feelings plain in the middle and then you tell the waitress all she tells you. Oh I can give you 10% discount because the manager's not here. Disgusting. Very disgusting

We were a party of 12 adults and 2 toddlers. Omar took care of us. Fantastic service, good food and reasonably priced. This truly is a child friendly place. Staff was mindful to get the children's food out 1st.

The food portions are very small, hash browns were over cooked and heavy as in greasey. The small chicken fried steak had a funny taste to it as if it was old, something.??? It was as big as the size of my palm, approx. My son's ham was a 3 inch triangle very small and rubbery.!!! Your not fooling me with your small plates making the customer think your portions are more but in reality it's your food portions which are very small.!!! I will never go there ever again nor will I tell any of my friends.!!! Not worth the price, It was disgusting.!!!

Breakfast took forever, like she forgot the order. We asked for the upgrade to pumpkin cheesecake pancakes and pointed to the flyer on the table. Came out with just pumpkin pancakes. When I told her it was missing everything, she just brought out cups of sauce cold instead of fixing it and giving us the presentation. My sons breakfast is cold. Our omelet is cold outside a few warm pieces of chicken inside. We were hungry, so ate it and left. It was just the worst experience ever.
Looks like they took my other one down. Crazy they’d pay 300$ for that instead of just a 12$ refund lmao. Anyhow still the worse breakfast establishment in Reno. 3 of the last 3 times I was served behind folks or not served at all. Not going to pull the “card” but 3 for 3 ?? Finally got my refund after 2 months, and having to reach out to corporate. Must of found my statements true. So again, don’t eat her if you’re of color. Trust
