I’ve been here for 3 great breakfasts! Unlike other IHOP locations, this one is housed in a retro building that has a true diner vibe. The food is great and the service is phenomenal. The place is incredibly clean and well taken care of. They also had the cutest holiday decorations up.

There was an overpowering stench of raw sewage, even after being moved to a different section. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes before our drink order was even taken.
