Amazing service, amazing food, and amazing atmosphere all together. It’s so calm and relaxing in here with good premium food and amazing customer service. The all you can eat is an amazing thing to let us choose from. I highly recommend coming here

The entire staff, from the hostess (who is the restaurant manager), the servers and busboys, were amazing. Gavin and Denzel offered top notch service. The food was amazing and, according to my friend who has been to Korea, very authentic in preparation and service as well as how it is cooked at the table. Very happy with our meal. We will be back many many times in the future.

Food was kinda hard to mess up but was decent the service on the other hand seemed detached and confusing normally the waiter you start with is normally the same you end with this was not the case had to keep requesting drink refills from different waiters even though my cup was clearly displayed empty on the edge of the table and seeing as it was my child's birthday and it was his first time at a place such as this you think the last thing they could remember was the birthday cake request not have to be reminded and then offended by a different waiter yanking the bill from my hand and saying they are going to have to add the cake to the tab 🤣😂 only if they paid as much attention to offering decent service at 39$ a person with 6 ofn us in attendance they would have received a better tip then the 15% I reluctantly forked over out of common decency spite uncommon service 😂😆😂

Employees: I believe one of the vital characteristic of person a working in a food service is “courtesy”. The lady that received us named “Gabe” something is the most outrageous person there. Since we don’t have reservation, without even smiling or anything told us to wait 15mins the fact that there is a lot of vacant table, and since we are family with kids, treated us rude that seems irritated because of our kids. It already destroyed our appetite just before we even started to eat. I don’t know why this restaurant keep this kind of employee. I hope they will go over character assessment on employees.

Food: The food tasted great especially the soup and steak, however it has only a shrimp option on the seafood for their unlimited dinning.

Kid-friendliness: NOT a kid friendly restaurant.

Had made plans to bring my family to a Korean bbq while visiting Reno. Looked around at some spots and decided on this one. I almost changed my mind due to the bad reviews but so happy I didn't. The service was great even though they were really busy on a Sunday night. We had tons of food we couldn't even breathe. My kids enjoyed cooking everything too. The meat, appetizers and sides kept coming out and quickly too. I got a mixed drink and it was delicious. Definitely recommend.

I was super duper looking forward to coming here to treat myself during my work trip for 2 weeks. Haven’t been here in a few years and it was going to be a treat yourself night. Well that didn’t happen. The moment I stepped in a sign “greeted me” saying a minimum of 2 people are required to opt for the all you can eat. HUH!?! I turned around and walked right out. Staff was not impressed with my choice and tried to convince me to do the a’la carte. Thanks but no thanks. Opted to go next door instead and after 2 full courses of food with tip still cost me less than the “all you can eat” dinner over here. Unfortunate. Probably was the last time I stepped foot in here, after reading reviews things have gone down quite a bit.

I eat at a different Ijji twice a week and have never had an issue. I went to this one and I left pretty angry. We did the ayce dinner with a group.
First we ordered 3 things and all 3 came out.
Next we ordered 3 more and only 2 came out.
Then we ordered 3 more and only one came out.
Then we tried again and got nothing.
Then they brought the check and ignored us entirely.
I subtly tried to ask what the deal was and they completely ignored me again and then asked if we wanted dessert.
2 of my group paid and left to go eat somewhere else.
I didn't want to make a scene but I was furious. I was tempted to just walk out and I should have, but I paid and left.
Maybe 1 meal worth of food for 4 people. We were stunned.
$250 for 4 people. Feels like a scam.
The worst part is I think I'll have to stop going to the other locations as well after this.

The “Panda Express” of KBBQ. The meats were decent, but anything other than were disappointing. The soups were strangely sweet, the kimchi rice is just red chili flakes with no taste of kimchi, the multi-grain rice is overcooked, the cucumber of the appetizers is hilariously flaccid.

Service depends on the staff but we had to wait a long time for a grill change at which point our table was a smoking plate of charcoal. Orders were forgotten multiple times by various different waiters. The grill plates had residue from prior patrons that could be seen peaking out from the crevices.

I hate giving such a harsh review because the lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming, and maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but for the same price I’d without hesitation choose the quality and consistency of a place like Gen KBBQ.

Oh the ice creams were surprisingly decent.
