Awesome customer service, they go above and beyond!

Looked like a very cool spot and had a ton of vegan options, but when I got home, I realized that my sandwich was completely missing the vegan meatloaf it was supposed to have. I could get a sandwich with veggies and sauce at any sandwich shop in town for cheaper. First, and last, time coming here!

Jacob and his team worked diligently to fulfill our order on a busy day. We appreciate his kindness and the efforts of the staff. Food was phenomenal.

We bought 6 sandwiches, everyone loved them. We ordered take out so can't speak to the service or atmosphere but the order was correct and right on time.

This sandwich was excellent, I paid about 30% less than other sandwich shops nearby and the quality was much higher. toasted Dutch Crunch is where it's at.

Sandwiches are decent but be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes waiting. They always seem to be under staffed. I was just turned away by their employees because they have catering to make. Who would want to spend 50 minutes to get a glorified port of subs sandwich?

Ike’s in Reno!! Let’s Goo! Ordered two sandwiches tonight and got one for free and some chicken tenders. The order came complete and fresh. The sandwiches were as good as they ever have been and there is an extra for tomorrow. As a long time Ike’s patron, I can say that the love is in these sandwiches at this location. Take the time - make the visit. Or order online. Enjoy!

Had the Steak and Going home for Thanksgiving sandwiches. Ordered both with EXTRA sauce, got none on either. The steak meat was SO DRY like the meat had been sitting around and dried out. I was glad I had something to put on it at home. NOT what I would expect from $60 dollar order (with delivery and tip). Sandwhiches with the extra meat and cheeses(which I don't think I got extra cheese on the steak) were over $40 for both. Have had better sandwiches there before and given the price they should be better than others, but they weren't.

I normally love ikes! Theyre actually the best sandwiches in town for me; but we were closer to the UNR and decided to go to this location over the other one in South Reno.
Getting my order taken was a normal and friendly experience, nice guy taking orders who asked all the normal questions. But whoever was making the sandwiches today needs to be retrained.
We got two sandwiches; one with no veggies AT ALL and the other with just tomatoes and lettuce. Both sandwiches had tomatoes, lettuce, and onions??? On top of the fact that they put 1/4 of the normal amount of everything (including the veggies that we didnt even want). We were already home when we noticed, because normally i don't have to check the quality of my order before leaving. But after picking off what we didnt want(or order) on our sandwiches; there was basically just bread to eat. Whats the point?
I like Ikes because you get what you pay for, bit more pricey for a packed, wonderful sandwich. I think i would get more on a sandwich if i went to a subway rather this location. Check your em

After today the food has me wondering about cleanliness. The table had food stuck to it. I asked an employee to clean the table and he offered me a napkin. I told him there's food stuck to it. He asked another employee what to do. He came out with a wet towel and wiped the table down. The disturbing part ... He went back to making sandwiches with the same disposable gloves he was making an order with, came out and wiped the table down and went back to making a food order. I was there about 12 pm today. I ordered the Madison Baumgarner, jalapeno poppers and the special that was displayed at the register.

A piece of California nearby. You can't beat the Dutch bread and tasty ingredients.

Super friendly. Got my sandwich quicker than expected. Adam Richman is always a fave. Tasted amazing!

Vegetarian food was great. Tasty and quick, good service.

Only downside was restaurant tables were a little bit dirty :(

Everything was good the only thing that sucked was no parking and I get yelled at by the Archie’s parking dude… other than that it was yummy!!!

I’ve been to this location twice now and several other Ike’s locations across the West Coast and this location is by far the worst. I love Ike’s, but I would not recommend this location. Visit one: the service was very poor and they had very few items available. Visit two ended with a nasty bout of food poisoning. Highly recommend Ike’s, but steer clear of this one.
