Dude who we ordered with put in the wrong size drink and that we were eating the car after we said to go twice and then when we got the the window we let them know the drink was the wrong size and they got snappy, then gave us a drink that had no syrup in it and when we handed it back they pretty much acted like we were delusional like we don’t know what the drink we consume daily tastes like. Then on top of that gave us our food in open boxes after we reiterated that the food was supposed to be in bags because we had our dog in the car. They never gave us our drink back and never gave us the spread we asked for either. Plus they had the most sour attitude the entire time. So much for the $45 order that we only got 5 items out of 8.
Definitely the best of the fast food burgers. No complicated menu. Fresh and hot of the grill. Still doing one thing and still doing it right after all this time. Employees, actually, look like they enjoy themselves, too!

Double Double, Fries and Soda Efficient nice polite service Food came out quickly Fry basket was not very well filled, pretty light really. Burger was decent but also seemed very petite.

Overall I like the burger and fries. They do not offer much of a selection and it would be nice if they did. I find myself not wanting to return so much because it’s expected of what you can get and that’s a shame. If you want a quick bite to eat make sure you provide yourself with some extra time because drive through can get up to 30 to 40 minute wait.

Waited in long drive thru line, hungry and looking so forward to fries and burger. Upon receiving my order, fries were cold! Would have thought fries would be constantly made, hot, with as busy as it was. Got home just a few blocks later and burger was stone cold. Like it had been sitting hours, not minutes. Last chance for this place!

I went to get food for a high school group on Saturday morning. James Fr was at the cash register. We had kids with allergies and a long list which we had to go through the order multiple times. James was leaning on the counter and there was sweat on his brow. He admitted he was sick. Not only was he leaning in while taking our order, but he touched and looked into our bags even though someone else brought them to the counter. We had to ask for the cup for the lemonade we ordered and had to come back to get ketchup as there was none in the bag despite ordering 17 fries. Why is In N Out having obviously sick employees working?
We had not ordered from this location since they completely messed an allergy order almost 2 years ago.
The Fourth Street location in Reno is awesome. I recommend avoiding the Virginia St location.
