Went to new place on Keystone. Super busy but staff friendly, efficient and fast. Their food is good & place was clean. I always enjoy their food.Parking: Though a lot of parking spaces it's a very busy place so you can possibly have to search for a place to park if dining in.
In and out burger is a place I never heard of till I move to the West Coast. By far the best in service, always service with a smile. Food is always fresh and made to order, not some heat lamp food waiting to be served to make the money. Harold is the manager here and his a great guy.. if u ever get a chance to meet him ull know what I mean. Always happy doing his job. When u go in ask them to make it with LOVE they'll know what u mean. Great price and bang for ur buck. If haven't ever had a In and out burger it a most try. Thanks for 75 years of service.
One of the many fantastic In and Out locations in Reno. The quality of the food and service is top teir for fast food. Aside from how packed with customers the establishment normally has which is on par with the other locations which is the only reason for the lowered rating.Still one of the best inexpensive burger franchises with quality products and fantastic staff in the area.

We arrived at around 10pm Sunday night. It was still very busy with a long waiting line. The food and service are as good as always. We see some person waiting for free food inside the restaurant. Some waited quietly and some asked customers and even the staff. I am a little uncomfortable seeing this. However, this is Reno.
