Went for tacos and they told me they had been out of lettuce all day. Tacos sucked without the lettuce. It's not hard to come up with lettuce, Very poor initiative and problem solving for their product. Even then they offered no alternative, discount or mitigation.

Food was hot but if you need to use the bathroom you have to have an employee walk you to the door with a key and unlock it for you like you're in kindergarten. I understand the need to control the bathroom because of homeless populations abusing it but to walk you over to let you in, then carry the bathroom key back to the food area and not even change your gloves or wash your hands? Not santitary or customer oriented. Awkward.

The short lady names Anna very rude . And disrespectful to her employees I was sitting down enjoying my meal and she started yelling at her employee so loud you could hear across the room.

It smells like nasty grease in here. Does not smell clean at all. I ate here on two occasions. The first time the food was so oily it was like eating a cotton ball soaked in grease. The 2nd occasion I felt sick and had the runs! I don’t think they clean this place too often. Be aware!

Had ordered a munchie meal once before, so good! Came back to have it again and it was missing EVERYTHING. No mini tacos, no nuggets, no halfsies. Very sad considering my first experience was amazing.

I ordered "The Jumbo Jack Meal" Food Was COLD!! Burger patty overcooked & cold, condiments were placed sloppy.. I ordered Seasoned Curly Fries & they Were Cold, there were regular fries mixed with the curly fries... I had to heat my food, Horrible Taste! I Don't Recommend it at All!!!

The tall girl with glasses who works the closing shift is the best, she's always polite and friendly. The customer service is always great every time I've stopped in.
