Went to this location’s through because the CVS Had no Coke Zero and I really was craving one. I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to order, I said, “just a Diet Coke please” the man taking my order said “sorry what was that?” So I said slightly louder “I’ll take one Diet Coke please” the man said very rudely “you don’t have to yell okay??” When I got to the window I apologized and told him how embarrassed I was and he looked at me like he wanted to kill me and said “it’s cool” I drove away wasting my time with no Diet Coke just feeling patronized and embarrassed. Never going there again
I am very sorry because for my children they are the best burgers in the locations but I was disappointed by the service the workers were playing and not doing their job for 3 burgers I had to wait almost 40 minutes it is supposed to be fast food and even seeing that the customers were upset they They were looking at their phones. I think the owners should do something about this business. The truth is, I don't think I will return another day to consume here. The service is terrible.

so the food here is actually one of the better locations, but they are so stingy with sauces it’s crazy... I’ll probably stop going to jack in the box in general because it seems like policy now??? What’s up with that?? If I order six tacos they give like 4 hot sauce packets. And they do not give more without throwing a fit. Actually this is so petty management needs to step in and have a chat or something! As a prior restaurant owner this is just to cringe. I’d fire any manager like that in heart beat. good customer service brings customers back, being rude to customers scares them off. Then you feel broke and choke yourself more and it just gets worse and worse. just a tip, a free one.

Hi , so when I was making my way into jack in the box to come see my mother in law to come , drop her keys off to make sure she ready to get off but Her manager Natalie slaves, works her on top of that.My mother in law name is geneva cordonado and her manager is named Natalie worst manager I ever Like who flips off their employee over a bet. And who tells their employee?You can't leave until I tell you to leave.I don't care if I give yowe're time on top of that.My mother in law just had a heart attack but yet working like Like shoes from a different Country but yet her boss natalie constantly constantly talk bad in Spanish and English. But yet you wanna call yourself a manager, but yet you steal money from the safe $10 $30 $100 when you go drop off at the bank. But yet on top of that, your district manager Edgar, let's you still money.Don't you think this little jack in the box has a little things fishy ? I.Honestly, think something should be done about this.They say that corporate's NOT GOING TO DOING ANYTHING About discrimination and Thef When anybody comes confront about a drawer coming up short they sent them home or cut their hours Yet that happened to a an employee named vivian Best manager customer service I ever known But yet Natalie's letting his store run to the ground.What type of manager are you And I wouldn't eat at this Jack in the box at all. They don't wash your hands when they go wipe their hands. When they're done, taking out the trash.
