The fries are often stale. It is so frustrating to get terrible texture and taste. The Grande Sausage Burrito has always been good though. The burgers are not as good as most Jack In The Box locations, 2.5/5, usually they are 3.5/5 on average from all the locations I’ve been to. Usually the staff is reasonably nice and provides good service.

Great food, and friendly staff. Always has specials that is a value for the price. Everything cooked fresh, made to order and you have options without the secret menus. Service is fast and friendly. It has a drink dispensor that you can mix many different flavors. 1 menu item for $11 you get a main menu item Dbl cheese, Chicken sandwich - choice of 2 items - fries, onion rings, 2 tacos of chicken nugs and a drink! FOR $11!!! You wont be hungry lol I recommend this Jack in the Box!

The lobby was pretty darn dirty...most all tables looked sticky & dirty. Ate in car. Food was hot. The order was correct and the cashier was friendly.

It's fast food, and I understand that. So I usually use the drive thru. And get 2 tacos for 1.69. Get 4 tacos for 4.00 . I've always liked a good fish sandwich and it was on sale for 2.99 . Haven't had one of those for a long time. So I ordered it from the outside window, I don't know what it was but I didn't understand what she was saying to me. Do you just want the fish, no I would like the sandwich, then her do just want the fish, me no the damn sandwich. This happened 3-4 times at least? Finally, I just said to her that I wanted the whole damn sandwich,the bread, sauce, cheese etc. I paid it and I'm driving home opening the wrapper to the sandwich and the sandwich was dead. It wasn't fresh, like it had been sitting, partially being cold inside. Now talk about being pissed off, I didn't just turn around because I'm on the freeway going home, which takes me an hour to get home. Bad experience with those people. That filet of fish sandwich should have been extremely hot. Drop it in deep fryer and on the bun. Hot Hot 🔥🥵 Hot

My husband and I have come to this location almost every other night since starting my job last summer. We are always treated very well, when it is the 2 older gals and the young hispanic male. Our orders are always correct, and the quality of food and service are spot on. They are also very friendly and professional. They always make us feel welcomed and appreciated. However, on 2/28/25 at approximately 1:20am we had to deal with 2 employees we have not seen before. The lady couldn't understand simple English and instructions, so then a male employee took over. He was better but still had a major attitude problem. The employee claimed that there were no fountain drinks, so he couldn't give us the combo price. After arguing for a minute, he decided to give us the combo price. After all that our we got our food, and the food was barely even luke warm. It was just a complete nightmare this morning. I definitely won't come here when it is those 2 working.

I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese extra mayo, when I got the order it was wrong I waited 10 minutes at night to get a single party hamburger plain.I politely told the the manager that she gave me the wrong item she did not apologize she just grabbed it I waited ten minutes got the right order. I took the jubo jack out of the bag told her I don't need the bag as I'm walking away she took the bag threw it towards me over the counter and said some profanities I will not repeat worst customer service.

Weird trip to our regular Jack in the Box. Front door closed. Had to go in side due to wind. Once my order was right, food was good. Normal server had a bad day. Store was clean.

Came thru the drive threw. They forgot to give my a recipient. So they never have my card back. When I had to leave my family to get my card back. They were not even apologetic for they're mistake.
