At around 4:30 PM today, I ordered 3 boxes of Spring Rolls costing $5+ each box of 3 pcs. A lady took my order, I waited for 5-7 minutes and the boy staff called that Spring Roll is ready, there were only two of us inside the store waiting, so the other guy ordered a different one, I went to the counter and grab my order and request for extra sauce. I didn’t check my order. I just live close to the area, so when I arrived home, I noticed there are only 2 boxes of Spring Roll. So, I immediately went back to the store. The lady I talked to was sounding very doubtful, and her face was like she did not believe me. 😂 She asked that guy who handed me the food, they talked in Spanish which I can understand. The guy is a liar, he told them he gave me tres (3) boxes. Anyway, I just waited for them to give me the other box. This lady not even telling me to wait and that they will be going to replace it, I just assumed. She was looking at me blankly. Few minutes later, announced that it’s already ready. Still the eyes of the lady were very doubtful 🤨.. I thanked her before leaving. But, something is missing along the line. I never received any act and gesture of simple APOLOGY from them. When I was in my car, I can still see that lady looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable. It’s a very unfriendly stare. 😂 I will not go back again to this place it’s my first and last. very UNFRIENDLY.

The entire experience was crap. The lady at the window and the gentleman helping her were already frustrated before we got to the window and they had the nerve to act like it was us??!! They were so rude I have never been treated that poorly at any fast food!! Tried to call the manager and cooperate and just got answering machines. We won’t be back to this one!! And I’ll make sure to tell everyone at our work how horrible the customer service was here so they don’t go back either. Management needs to step up!!

I went through the drive thru. I only ordered 2 combos a #10 and smash burger combo. Never got that smash burger combo. I received a chicken sandwich combo. Thanks Jack.

Being a former SL for JIB, went to the Damonte Ranch locations drive thru today, wasn't busy at all. 1 car ahead of me. I ordered a combo, not being petty but keeping it real. No receipt for 1, 2- There was soda spill down outside cup, cashier just handed to me as is, 3- double sandwich ordered when i opened it to eat when I got home , there was 1 & 1/2 a patty, was messy and thrown together, wrapper had a wet hole and finally the fries was barely hot. I could tell it was sitting in the fry bin way passed it's hold time. The temperature was barely warm and stale. Ended up throwing fries away. If I was a secret shopper, this visit would've been a poor score! Q in QSC is Quality, wasn't there.

Make sure you check your order EVERY time before leaving drive through… We paid extra money and didn’t get anything we PAID for. Good luck getting a refund, no one answers the phone and when you go up there in person, everyone’s clueless.

The service was terrible The employees name is Maria at store number 7314 the employee Maria screaming at me through the drive-through speaker and then telling me to pull up to the window and then started screaming at me saying this her job so guessing the her job is to scream at customers The service and food gets zero stars Maria is totally not professional at all find a different job
Went to Jack in the box on Damonte Ranch, on Wed 8.7.24, about 5:00pm!! The person who took our order was pretty good, the atmosphere was dingy, & the food was HORRIBLE!!! ? I ordered a junior cheese burger & fries! The fries were barely cooked & not at all hot, & the burger was just gross all around!! So dissatisfied & disappointed!! :( ??
