Visited on 12/9/25 around 11:45am and ordered a smoothie. One of the employees (with the facial piercings) came in from outside where they were cleaning the windows with a chemical spray and immediately proceeded to make my drink WITHOUT first washing their hands.
The manager/owner needs to review and remind their employees of NRS 446.063. The employees should be washing their hands after engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands, which includes cleaning tables, windows, etc.
When I mentioned that they should wash hands before making the food, they copped an attitude and stated that they only have to touch the serving tools to make the drink and that they’re not actually touching the food. This still doesn’t excuse the fact that they aren’t following Nevada health codes for food prep. It’s literally food safety 101 to wash your hands before handling or serving food.
Serious lax in cleanliness habits and terrible professionalism. If they aren’t washing their hands before serving food products, then what else aren’t they washing?
The employee offered to remake the drink, but had a general poor attitude about the whole situation.

Customer service was beyond exceptional! The young asian man taking my order was so kind and friendly, I asked for a smoothie suggestion and he was he was very patient and understanding of my dietary restrictions! Definitely coming back again! 10/10!

Awesome place to get a morning beverage, especially if you are like me, don't like coffee, don't like fast food, and want to consume something healthy in the morning. CHEAPER and better for you, than a McDonald's breakfast.

Everytime I try to get a drink I show up at 7 and they’re already packed up and closed an hour early.

Went in to order a few drinks. There was no on at the counter, only a family sitting at the table. Cashier was not approachable. I started asking about a kale/orange suggestion. Immediately said we don’t have kale. No options or suggestions provided. I ordered my other drinks and asked what other options with orange are done and was given a look and said that’s it. I asked quickly what can you suggest and the cashier Jacob just okay, fine that’s the only orange drink. I paid for the drinks and he went around the corner to tell the female workers. They peak around the corner to look at us and he said “I’m allergic to oranges, I don’t drink oranges.” That’s understandable. However at a company where you have to make drinks, you would think you know the ingredients and I was not asking that he drank the oranges. I requested to cancel my order and left. Sadly I was there on Friday and service with the female cashier was not any better. We took our business to the keystone and received the best service.
Horrible customer service. Asked questions but gave me short responses with attitude and started gossiping when turned the corner.

This was my second visit, months apart and both times my order has been altered because they were out of certain supplies. My first trip I was not impressed but decided to give it another chance. Once my loaded money is at $0, I will probably not rush back. Not at least to that location. In all fairness, today the guy offered to make me anything else, but I declined. Too bad they seem to run out of supplies.
