Great customer service and good. Instantly greeted when we walked in despite them being busy. We had no idea what we wanted and both the manager and other employee were patient and explained everything we asked about. We both ended up having a dragonfruit açaà bowl I believe it was called. Absolutely fantastic! The manager was Junior and the other employee was X .

I placed an order and waited patiently then the employee who was making the smoothies told the cashier employee he was not making mine. I stood there until the employee passed out three orders behind me. I asked why would he not make my order and I heard him say it. Then blamed it on the cashier for making my order wrong. This was after the fact he told the cashier he was not making my drink. I asked for a manager then he gave me a number from Cleveland, OH and it was not the manager’s number. Xzorion and Maurice were amazing to me …..I had just finished hot yoga and went over to get a drink and their smiles, energy, and knowledge of the products were very on point!!!! I’ll be back next Sunday!!!!

We bought the new matcha with coconut on top of it, cuz we wanted to try it and we’ve been seeing a lot of good reviews! We tried it today and this is what we get. We can’t even drink it because even we tried mixing it to give it a chance to drink it. It’s not drinkable!!! It’s really bad, it’s not mixed at all! Lady with a pink hair, please don’t do this to other customers. Just wasted 8 bucks for this.
