Tried this place for the first time a few nights ago - it’s amazing! The food is great and our server was very nice. We ordered some sushi (10/10) and a plate of the General Chicken (also a 10/10) along with some Vegetable fried rice (10/10). Portion sizes were perfect. We thought about taking some of it home for leftovers, but it was so good we ate everything lol. Overall, great spot, friendly staff, and amazing food!

We just had an amazing meal at Jazmine. I've had Chinese food in Los Angeles and New York, and this was on a par with the very best. The ingredients were fresh, and the dishes were cooked to perfection, deliciously seasoned, and beautifully presented. I can't stress enough how delicious our meal was. The service was also very professional and attentive.
We had the chicken wings appetizer, Peking duck, eggplant, snow pea leaves, shrimp with broccoli, and pork chow fun. Everything was absolutely delicious. And the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality.

Since reopening, the quality has declined significantly. The sushi, especially the tuna, is subpar. When I asked staff about the tuna’s quality, they dodged the question, saying it’s delivered twice a week, implying they know it’s poor. Disappointing, as this was my go-to sushi spot

We have been going to Jazmine for 16 years. The sushi and Chinese food has been great until they closed in July for remodeling, we were disappointed. We went back at the first of Sept. to find out they didn't remodel the Sushi and Chinese food was changed. We will not go back, they won't be in business long!

We’ve been eating at Jazmins for years. Our favorite Chinese until they just reopened after remodel. The food is still good BUT the portions are much smaller and for higher prices. Guess we will be looking for a new place.

Recently under new ownership, this restaurant is now serving first class Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Due to our scheduling, we had to take our food to go, but I wish we had been able to stay, the decor was so inviting. We ordered the calamari, a Grand sushi roll, wor won ton soup, seared pork belly, asparagus, and steamed rice. Everything was lovely - fresh, tasty, perfectly seasoned, nothing greasy. Prices were surprisingly low compared to the SF Bay Area where we live. Chef James even came out from the kitchen to warmly greet us when we picked up our order. We frequently visit the Lake Tahoe area, and when we do, Jazmine will definitely be one of our go-to destinations!

Really nice new restaurant in South Reno with a huge menu, especially like the spring rolls the pepper lamb and the fried calamari that had a great dipping sauce. Everything was good no complaints about anything. The prices are reasonable. The service was great and the restaurant is really pretty inside
