Food especially sushi is always great and fresh we love it. We’ve been coming here lots of times but this time I have to do review cause enough is enough with the service they providing. Food comes out before they serve plates on the table. Order is always messed up and comes out in waves in parts. You have to constantly ask to remove entry plates, to clean the table, and ask for soy sauce (soy sauce should be on the table). (a lady) waitress barely understands what you ask for and whenever she brings something she has a face like she’s doing a favor (this is your job and hence it is not pleasant to eat when you are surrounded by negative feelings/people) Today I left $25 tip on $177 bill. They were very not happy and they expressed this on their faces with a fake smile to ensure we see it. I smiled back and said good luck. Well good for them. Maybe it’s time to learn and hopefully management sees this. Pls fix your service. Your food and place is great but service is really bad. I wish I can give 5 stars but I’ve been here multiple times and service is always really bad.

We picked up a take out order, got home and the entrees were so salty we couldn’t eat it. Called the restaurant and they would not make any adjustments unless we drove the food back down there. We could hear the manager refuse to get on the phone when we asked to speak with him. Have eaten here many times before but will not be back.

Love the fact that they serve Chinese and sushi. Both are reasonable priced as well. Huge pot stickers! It's just not as crispy as I would like. Still delicious either way!

Food is abit over average price. The food is excellent though. The Mrs gets sweet n sour chicken with rice. I get the twenty eight dollar sushi plate. Appetizer four nigri and two long rolls. Great selection of rolls and nigri

I really like the food. Everything was very tasty. My only complaint was the service, our server was never around, another server had to help us like refill our drinks, ask us if we needed anything, how was our food. Our server only took our order and brought us our bill.

I just tried this place for the first time and placed a pick up order. I received the potstickers and these were so large that the inside was not cooked. The sushi and miso soup were average. Overall, for the price and quality of the food, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.
I was on a business trip from out of town and was not looking for fast food. So I stumbled upon this healthier place. The food was phenomenal. They had several chili options on the side. The service was exceptional. You are seated and assigned a server. The ambiance was elegant, I did not expect this from the outside looking in. I suggest you visit with a larger group so you can share a variety of their portions. I will be back on my next trip, I definitely recommend it.

Best sushi in town! The Golden Gate long roll is divine, my favorite sushi roll in Reno. Great, fast service every time we come here. The Black Pepper beef was delish and super tender. Been coming here at least once a month as a treat because we love it so much. (:

A little bit pricey, but delicious. Its rare to find decent calamari in a local Asian restaurant, but that thing was hit. I also ordered honey walnut shrimp and sweet and sour pork which was good, but why did I have to order rice separately? Its very strange for an Asian restaurant not to include sides with meals. To conclude my experience with this restaurant is so-so, the food was really good, but you can definitely find same quality dishes elsewhere for a cheaper price. I may come back again later.

Parking: Very spacious.
Kid-friendliness: Place is wide, and the atmosphere screems fancy but is very welcoming.
