I’ll not be going back to this establishment. Not my favorite donut place I’ve been to. The service was nice, there was a little bit of language barrier I believe, but I still got what I asked for. The donuts gave me massive heartburn probably half hour after I ate them. I know it was the donuts because I haven’t eaten anything before I got the donuts, and I got them close to noon. I had them with water so I know it wasn’t caused by my beverage. The atmosphere inside was strange. It felt unclean enough to make us uncomfortable. There was homeless people by the building when we went. The building had other businesses too, but there were some pretty dirty looking people inside this one.

Normally whenever I go here the staff is somewhat friendly and the donuts are always very good. However I hate to say one experience can sour a review. I went late at night to pick up a dozen for the week and the woman behind the counter yelled at me and another patron to take a bag of donuts she was throwing away. We were both extremely confused and she started cursing and asking if we were both slow. Dumbfounded we thought she wanted us to throw them away for her, but when we got closer (because the music was blaring) she was going to give us the bag of donuts instead of throwing them away. A nice gesture in theory, but the cursing and rudeness was completely unacceptable when all I wanted was to grab my dozen and be on my way.

Saw reviews stating best donuts in the world and I’m a huge fan so I decided to give it a try. They have BLUEBERRY FRITTERS!!! Finally, it’s only the 2nd place I’ve been able to find them. All the donuts and the fritter were fantastic

Hands down the best donuts I've ever eaten in my life. And I've eaten at a LOT of donut places and bakeries! I don't know what they do differently, but they are genuinely the best. The flavor and texture are divine. There is something very special about this place. Absolutely recommended. When someone asks me what my favorite donut is, this is it. 100% of the time.

Good selection. Friendly sevice. There is a donut and sandwich counter. Both are decent. Jelly is convenient since it is right next door to my favorite laundry place.
This place is a staple to this area, it's been here since I can remember in the 90s, the family that runs it are awesome and I love the donuts, coffee and sandwiches but the smoothies are by far my favorite!!

Came to Reno from out of town and wanted donuts, specifically a crumb donut and a blueberry donut. First place we stopped at had a very small selection and less than half the case full of donuts. So we drove 15 minutes across town for jelly donuts and they had everything I wanted, and more! The service was wonderful and they employees were so welcoming and fun and we will be coming back every time we are in town! Thank you!!
