He goes by the name Mike. 16th Century Russian Orthodox religion pertaining to Khylsts created through food and you locale.

This sub shop is fairly new to us, it doesn't have all the extra "add ons" for veggies that other sub shops have, but I really enjoy their bread, it does make for a different sandwich that I do enjoy
Dietary restrictions: I have a friend that cannot eat gluten, and they offer a gluten free bread, which they will make away from the regular subs to prevent cross contamination, which I very much appreciate
