Used the app to order and ended up waiting 30 minutes for them to make my sandwich. I was sitting there in the restaurant watching customers in the line get theirs in just a few minutes. If this were a well run business, ordering on the app should give loyal customers priority, not be used as an excuse to provide worse service.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite. Sandwich was good. It was a bit of confusion behind the counter, but I got past that.
Ordered 2 subs and we thought they were good but not terrific. This is the first time visiting the Reno location, and I probably won't go back. I'll try another one in the area because I usually love their subs.
