I love the tacos from here. Rice is good too. However, sometimes it's hard to order, especially in the drive thru. Also, in order to get the salsa I want, I have to go in and get it because it won't be the right one if you ask at the drive thru.

The hispanic lady, regardless of how polite you are to her, lacks customer service, politeness or common courtesy. You are Rushed to order as if your wasting her time, she will shut the drive through window on you when asking for sauce, clearly doesn't understand English well, has gotten my order wrong the last 5 times I've been there and I refuse to go back simply because of the lady. Why waste money and time to go to a place with these kind of employees. I'd rather drive out to the lemon Valley location. Sad that the employees are not held accountable to how they treat thier customers anymore. They lost mine and my families business at this location, the employees don't appreciate the customer who pays thier wages, they seem miserable and reflect that to you. I won't send anyone here. If the owner reads this, please reach out to me as I have to you on several occasions, with no response. I have dash cam footage of my interactions with this lady and how she treats people.

The jimboys on selmi is the absolute best Jimboys in Northern Nevada! You can taste the difference. I'll drive past every jimboys in Reno to come to this one.

I ordered rolled tacos (beef) they were so hard I could not eat them. The rice and beans were old and had something hard on top The guacamole was runny. I have been eating at jimboys for 20 years and never had I not ate the food. I am so disappointed
The food here is good BUT greasy! And sometimes not fresh! They used to make it when you ordered it but it seems as tho they just leave it set for a min. Annoying but anyways the location is good and the guy at the drive thru windows is hecka cool. Always happy and smiling which is koo! You dont see that very often so good job. I do love this place tho they have some good food and it's just like a mini restaurant.

I love the fiesta breakfast burrito! Ask for all white cheese. If you aren't a fan of American cheese. The ladies that work there are the sweetest!
