Itās been a while since I visited a Jimboys. Back then, they had soft tacos and corn tacos. I am allergic to corn, so, I donāt eat it. I pulled in asking for a soft taco and made sure they did that.
When I pulled up, the women informed me tha itās called the āEl Gordoā and gave me a total of $17 for two tacos. I asked for a manager and he informed me they donāt do soft tacos anymore. Thatās fine, thatās not my complaint, my complaint is that they didnāt clarify to me that the El Gordo is just a really big soft taco, a larger version of what Iām looking for.
Had I of known that, I would have ordered just one and been on my way. Instead, I chose to figure this out on my own. Wonāt be back to this location.

The food is hot and miss, they ride on the reputation they have for their tacos. Service is always eye rolling. (Not from me) They didn't know how to help with the app, I'm a family of 7. So I don't walk out of there spending at least 80 dollars a time. So yeah. Although I know I may have big orders they re never right and food seems to be thrown in the containers. And or I don't get my full order. When addressed, nothing is offered to fix the situation, not even the missing items. (Drinks)

This place is withering away. It was always a great location, no longer true. Everything seems run down they had no taco sauce in stock the food didn't taste as good the place is dirty and shabby.

The customer service at the drive thru window is always good and I love their chicken burritos here. The other Jimboys makes very greasy burritos but this one makes them perfect!

I have to start by saying, we love Jimboys Tacos, BUT THIS JIMBOYS WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EATEN. first of all we ordered 6 chicken shredded tacos, she didn't bother to tell us that they didn't have shredded chicken tacos and gave us 1 grilled chicken taco and 2 beef tacos and 3 shredded beef tacos and tortilla with so knows what on it, WTF??? We ate 1 beef taco and the grilled chicken taco and she gave us 2 more grilled chicken tacos and we took one bite and left. The service was HORRIBLE and the food was HORRIFIC. I would not recommend this Jimboys to anyone!!
Aren't trained to make the Super Burrito anymore it seems. Last 2 times we went they didn't know what we were asking for.

Customer service, NOT here! After a 12 hour RN shift my wife went through the drive through here. Upon arrival home we noticed that we were missing half our order. 3 chicken tacos and the chips that came with the chips & Gauc. We grabbed the receipt and went back to the store. My wife went in with her recipient where she was told that she was wrong and that she did receive all of the order, and that since she did not bring all the food back that there was no proof. The employee was then resistant to giving back the receipt to my wife. We left shocked. Most food establishments want you to keep coming back and fix mistakes while being nice about it, not this place.
