Angie did a great job and her customer service is amazing
Slow drive through. Had to repeat my order over three times. Tried to call manager and was told they would be in tomorrow. Rude. Food was okay. May never go back.
Gave me food poisoning. Tahoe Burrito and tacos both steak. Food was being tossed around as we were watching through the drive-through window and you could tell the young man was not feeling it and did not want to be there. So thanks Jimboys for ruining my Fourth of July night and giving me food poisoning
I'm committed I love this food the right spice the guys really cool and down to earth thank you I felt stuffed. You cant get this around any were your hole team was awesome keep it up that was great food for my money thank you
I love jimboys but this location always has teenagers who dont care for the job working no management is ever around. they always mess up my order, the food is not fresh. It smells like raw sewage outside, the quality is trash, had to wait 30 mins for 2 bean and cheese burritos like what? I try to call to get a refund or have it fixed and of course, there is no one get a hold of so I just got ripped off by them #AVOID
My first time here and the tacos were delicious
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
I found a huge piece of hair in my food at Jimboy’s Tacos, and when I reached out to the company, no solution or apology was offered. Not even the decency of a response. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a health code violation.
Hair in food is not only revolting, it shows a complete lack of cleanliness and quality control in the kitchen. What’s worse is the zero accountability from corporate or local management. If this is how they handle serious complaints, I can’t imagine what else is being overlooked.
I will absolutely never eat here again, and I strongly suggest others reconsider before risking their health. Do better, Jimboy’s.
This place is a joke. They claim to be open until 11, but good luck ever finding them open that late — they regularly shut down early without warning. If you’re going to post your hours, at least stick to them. To make matters worse, the staff is consistently rude and acts like you’re bothering them just by showing up. Definitely stick to one of the other options in the area.
This jimboys never gets my order or food correct. I always order creme filled vhurros and they are NEVER fresh and ALWAYS cold. I also got a ground beef taco and it seemed as yho the meat had been sitting for too long. I work around the corner from here and it's very irritating when I get back to my desk, my food is cold, and disgusting. It cost to much money to be playing with food and money especially on someone lunch. Please make fresh food or make the food upon order because this is unacceptable to this area. The other jimboys on 2nd st is the best one out here!

I enjoy the food most times. On this occasion I asked for crispy fries and get laughs and repeat questions. I got uncooked fries. Now I know why they were laughing. Punk kids need to grow up or get a non service related job.

Employees are very nice. We got a cheese quesadilla - meh tastes mostly of American cheese with a dollop of sour cream on the side, ate about half and didn't save the rest. A Chicken Tahoe burrito - described to me as fresh, a little spicy, excellent, would eat again. Half of the fries were undercooked but the other half were pretty good, generous portion of nacho cheese dip. Love the cream filled churros. Asked for a side of pico - they showed me a plastic 4oz cup and said it was $3 - never been charged for pico before and I sincerely think that price is nuts. I'd say this Jimboys is average, not really interested in returning but if I did I'd try something else.

Always good food. Fast food without the lack of quality, *edit* I previously rated them very high when they first opened. The food was always top and they were friendly and fast enough. Now I feel they have lost their touch. Most times I order the food is either poor quality or incorrect. Sometimes we will have a good experience but it's too random to trust. I hope they figure it out cause the food is generally very tasty and I crave their breakfast burritos. I just would love some consistency.
