Went in there tonight to get a sandwich and who would ever think that a sandwich shop would be missing the main ingredient the BREAD!!! How do you run out of bread for a half hour you have one job to make sandwiches that have one thing in common THE BREAD! What happened to freaky fast! What a complete joke 🤣🤣😂🤣

1st off I want to say I love jimmy John’s I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years and always had great service until today when I came in and ordered a #16 combo meal and a order of hummus and pita chips the cashier Maddison she never asked what size drink so I repeated to her I would like a medium drink and she responded extremely rude by saying well you never said you wanted a meal witch I said 2 time this far then when I grabbed my bbq chips and pita chips she got an attitude and said that I didn’t order the bbq chips so I repeated my order again I would like a combo meal #16 with a side of hummus and pita chips and instead of her saying oh I’m sorry I misunderstood what you ordered she huffed and puffed and threw a fit and was extremely rude and childish then stormed off while the manager raven stepped in and continued to argue with me about what I ordered I had no problem paying for what I wanted they were extremely unprofessional and rude I hope that the owner or district manager reviews the cameras to see how inappropriate their employees are bring to customers also when I asked for Maddison’s name for my complaint they refused to give it to me but I knew it would be on my receipt after this experience today I highly doubt I’ll be returning to this jimmy John’s I really hope they make some changes on customer service I really loved this location up till about 7 months to about a year ago things just went down hill the foods great but after the experience I had today it’s hard to justify being treated that way for a meal

I don't have Jimmy John's often. Today was a great day to get some. However I spent 15 minutes waiting for my sandwich. One of the reasons why I like Jimmy John's is the fresh bread. I can chew it but today it was not fresh in the least. I wasn't able to chew it and it was just being torn when I bit down. I don 't like this Jimmy John's. I will not be going back to this one!

Absolute perfection, would not change a thing, including the portion sizes. One of the most delicious sandwiches I have had in a long time, and I am a huge sandwich fan. I got the veggie on wheat bread and it was amazing in every way. My son got the caprese on wheat and he said the pesto was loaded with garlic and super tasty. The staff were very friendly and fast and the sandwiches were clearly made with care. The whole place was super clean. Would highly recommend!

This tall blonde white kid made fun of me with a group of kids that came in earlier. I usually really like this location sad to see that the atmosphere isnt hospitable to some people especially to some of the other employees i see.
I wasn't super hungry but I wanted something fresh, cool, and crisp. So I went to my local Jimmy John's and ordered a slim #6, the veggie. The slim is half the size of the original roll. They're known to be freaky fast and let me tell you, my sandwich was done by the time I was done snapping the menu pics! I wasn't disappointed with my pick as basically it's a hand held salad on a house made french roll. The bread by itself is a fav for sure. I tried to snap pics that captured the freshness of this under-rated sandwich.It was really delicious and not bad for $3.99+ tax. The guys working today were nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They have an outdoor patio with a couple tables, which is really cool with the summertime weather.

We popped in for sandwiches and then headed home; we did not stay to dinner. But the place was clean, had plenty of seating, and the staff were curtious. The wait wasn't long and the sandwiches were perfect.
