Rude cashier kept asking me questions then talking over me while talking to a coworker. Had to give my order and details multiple times. Where is the customer service? Or am I just in the way of chat time?

Unfortunately had a bad experience at the Wedge parkway Jimmy Johns, Ordered a Little John BLT with jalapeño chips and a cherry coke. I asked for a little john blt i was asked if i wanted cheese and i said no but add onion sauce and oregano. I went through the drive thru on my lunch around 5:20 on 12/22/24. The order taker definitely had a hard time hearing me but i was under the impression he heard me correctly and got my order in. He didn’t repeat my order nor did he tell me the price while i was at the speaker box, he told me to proceed to the window. At the Window he didn’t repeat my order back to me to clarify the correctness of my order. In my own fault i paid but as i was pulling away i looked at the receipt thinking it was a little pricey for a little john combo. My order was wrong once i looked at the receipt i saw he charged me for cheese and for a full size sandwich and that’s not what i asked for. Unfortunately i was on my break and didn’t have time to go back and get a refund for what i did NOT want. The employees need to clarify orders before submitting them and charging the customer. As a previous employee for Jimmy johns as well I know they should be trained to repeat and confirm orders so issues like this don’t happen. now as a customer i’m on the short end of the stick i am overly charged for a sandwich i won’t fully eat and for cheese i did not want. The employees need to take more time, i was the only car in the drive thru.

This is the second time I've gone here and my second negative review. They got my order way wrong both times and put things on I asked to not have (mayo, tomato, ect). Just go to Raleys across the street for better quality and sandwich prep. Avoid this location.

I rarely post reviews and I usually really like Jimmy John's, however, this location gives JJ a bad name. In this case I was incorrectly charged and the sandwich quality was very low (almost no meat). Still, prior to posting a review I took the time to contact corporate about the issue, but after I took the time to contact corporate their response was that they are independently owned so contact the store... Seriously, why have a contact page for issues if you are going to tell the customer to deal with it and fix the issue yourself? Sorry, JJ going from 5 stars to 4 in my opinion and this store going to 2 stars.

Sorry to have to write this review but I believe this needs to be stated. Ordered a #5 little john and the bread was stale, the cheese was forgotten, the very few slices of meat were razor thin and the capocollo meat was just a thin sliver of an inedible piece of GRISTLE. Chewy to no end and gross. Will not patronize this store again, sadly.
Ordered a sandwich over the phone and was more than very disappointed on how I was talked to over the phone. Which is even more disappointing because I love the food and the service is usually really good. Employees name was Sean, talked to me like a I was a piece of garbage over the phone, the rudest experience I’ve ever encountered with customer service. When the order was picked up I instantly knew which employee it was by how rude Sean was again in the store. I work as a customer service employee as well and if I talked to a customer half as rude as he was to me I would be fired immediately. I will not be spending another dollar at this location because of Sean, until I know this situation is taken care of.

I work at Aevos and they called us and offered to cater our food!! The service and the people were amazing , they drove all the way out here to double r for us and everyone loved it. I will be sure to stop by there and give you all a big thank you and thank you card as well as to support your business with as many referrals as my little heart can carry. Truly you made our day and one of our employees birthdays !!! . You all rock !!!! And your sandwiches are amazing

The absolute worst place to TRY and catch a bite. I have had to back my fourteen foot service truck out of there freaky fast drive thru 3 times over the last 6 months. Once because this location was closed in the middle of the day and someone was stuck at the order window. I went in to give them feed back according to the assistant manager it's a labor shortage. What does freaky fast and labor shortage have in common? 0 nothing. Don't waste your time or your mental energy. Port of subs is across the street.

Lovely place for fast food at a clean and welcoming place. Most of the time I use to visit this specific branch while driving back from the power plant. Also interestingly they got a full vegetarian and tuna option that is best for those who got-halal dietary restrictions.

Unbelievable service, the wait wasn't anything to complain about considering you have to wait everywhere nowadays. I want to note that the customer service was remarkable. Young lady by the name of Tamara was very kind and assertive. She was great with helping me select the right sandwich for me. I will return back with my coworkers from the office for lunch. Maybe a regular lunch spot from here on out. Who knows. Two thumbs up for everything service, and food. I will be referring this place to friends and family. Thank you again Jimmy John's. Nice new location on the hillside with an exceptional view of the valley. Made my day..
