Tina was the best thing about this Johnny Rockets. Running around on her own taking orders and making sure our experience was pleasant. No complaints, just positivity and a contagious smile made our long day of travel end on a happy note! Thanks Tina!!!

this food was fire and I’d come back so many more times and next time we come back for the Pole Vault summit we are going to get this so many more times and I ate all my food off my tray almost but I’m working on it but overall 10 out of 10 would come back catch me outside. How about that?

We ate here on New Years day. We originally wanted to eat at the Resort Buffet but they jacked the price up to $80 per person for the holiday. Johnny Rockets was a solid substitute. Quality burgers, reasonable prices, and our server Tina was excellent.

This person was pretending to be a manager and suggested that we were at the back of the queue, even though the people behind us confirmed that we were first in line. But she didn't care, she discriminated against us and then said she wouldn't discuss it or serve us, and then called security on us, but they were also on our side. A terrible establishment and terrible attitude!!!

We had a very bad experience with the manager at this place. We were standing in line like everyone else, and even the people behind us confirmed that we were next. Despite this, the manager refused to serve us and claimed that we were not in line.
This was extremely unfair and unprofessional. It felt like clear discrimination, especially considering that other customers spoke up and supported us, but the manager still ignored the situation.
A manager should know how to treat customers with respect and handle situations objectively. Instead, we were embarrassed and turned away for no valid reason. Because of this behavior, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

We just arrived after a very long and snowy drove from California. Tina was very sweet and quick with her service. She was very nice and made our late lunch much more enjoyable after the crazy drive we had. The food came quickly and the drinks were quick too. Thank you!
