Love the location of the place, honestly haven’t been here since 2022 & this past visit this week kinda reminded me why I avoid this coffee shop. Maybe it’s me overthinking things? Or maybe I’ve been there on “one of those days” type of day but I’ve always had a bad experience with the employees here they always seem like they don’t want to serve you or like you don't belong there type of energy (ofc not all the employees & hopefully just the ones I’ve come across) I totally get it working food service is draining just kinda sucks when it’s taken out on others.

Good coffee, service was helpful. Even made sure I didn't pay more than I had to when looking at my BYO cup.
The drinks and vibe were great but it was really the service that knocked it out of the park. The guy and gal working the afternoon of 5/24/2025 were exceptionally nice and personalble. If I lived in Reno this would be my shop. The white chocolate raspberry Chai was amazing!
