I’ve been here once before new ownership and once after and have had a great experience both times! I’ve ordered one of their coffee specials and a bagel breakfast sandwich and both were delicious! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming! Can’t wait to see what the new owners do with the place!

Regarding the food, I can't say much because I simply got a hot tea. I had been to JoStella's numerous times in the past, but the company just changed over to new ownership as Stella, and the experience I had yesterday was terrible, such that I will be unlikely to return. The lone barista on staff was incredibly rude to customers, refusing to sell a bagel to a man who ordered it at 2:27 because she said they stop selling food half an hour before they close (which was at 3:00). When he said there should be a sign posted to that effect, she flippantly said, "Oh well. It happens." At 2:52, she started yelling from being the counter very loudly at each table that the shop closes at 3:00, and then at 2:57, she started yelling at everyone, "We're closed." For years I have gone to several coffee shops a week all over town, and I have never felt so mistreated and so uncomfortable. What a shame for a formerly awesome coffee shop. I hope the new owners get on this right away.

Our usual places were too crowded and I have not heard about this place till it was recommended. We really enjoyed our coffee and had a place to sit for an hour. I am a little picky about my mochas and latte's, so was happy that everything was very good.

Love this place! Excellent coffee, very friendly staff...a definite must visit place if you are in Midtown.
First time here, we were grabbing coffee while waiting to eat across the street. Their coffee is delicious, everything was really clean and the staff were awesome. They had a few games in a corner you could play so we played connect four while drinking the tasty coffee. Definitely a cozy spot and highly recommend. I didn’t try any food or pastries so I can’t comment to that effect but the pastries sure looked delicious!

We walked in Leeann greeted us with a smile. She laughed at all my jokes. I asked for a triple shot white mocha. The coffee shop both splendid atmosphere with some exercise art on the walls for sale. I love the heat up for the restroom was a nice touch.

A little underwhelming, I was expecting more tbh. The milk was burned, a lot of excess sugar and the bagel sandwich was a touch boring. I asked what they do well and to surprise me. The staff were nice ? and the space was pretty cool. I would go back.
