Delicious food and great service! I order the BBQ beef with tofu and mushrooms added. Idk what the did with their mushrooms but I could have eaten an entire plate of just that. Dinig is a bit cramped and loud but not a deal breaker. Their kitchen is inside of a food truck which I found really cool.

Tried Kenji's for the first time today for lunch and was very happy with my experience! I got the BBQ chicken plate and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are also massive, so come hungry!
Really yummy food and kind service. The place is cozy and has a nice vibe inside. We ordered the chicken salad and the seasonal special, Japanese curry. The food was super tasty, which now includes my fav salad in Reno. Highly recommend a visit!

During our meal, we discovered a wire/metal piece in our food. Luckily my partner was able to spit it out as she started chocking. This was not only extremely unprofessional, but also posed a significant health and safety hazard. We were shocked and disappointed that such an issue could occur, as it put our well-being at risk and completely ruined what was intended to be an enjoyable dinner experience. I didn’t feel comfortable eating my plate after that so everything went to waste.
I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention so that it can be promptly investigated and addressed. I am requesting a response regarding how this could have happened, as well as what steps will be taken to ensure it does not occur again.

Really nice Hawaiian food for a fair price. Great service. The Kalua pork and cabbage is delicious and so is their macaroni salad. Small seating areas in a nice Hawaiian shack theme. 2 chairs to one table Maybe 7 spots to sit in and eat? The food truck kitchen is a cool feature as well.

I was really impressed with the decor of this place. It has an actual food truck inside the building, so cool never seen that before and the food was delicious. I had the BBQ chicken and mushrooms with coleslaw my hunny had bbq chicken with macaroni salad. Both comes with white rice. We dined outside under the tents little windy but nice non the less. We've added this place to our list as go to for a nice,comfort food place. The gentleman at the register was 5 stars all by himself. Great customer service lives on!!!
Lunch visit. Ordered 2 tacos, one plate lunch, a musubi and grilled edamame. The chicken taco was tasty but the pork taco was dry, overcooked and poorly seasoned. Musubi was good. Edamame was flavorless despite being soaked in sauce. Plate lunch chicken was tasty but many pieces of the chicken were overcooked and dry. Seating area is tight, but nicely decorated. It was so cold in the restaurant that we ate in the car. Didn’t meet expectations created by the 4.9 star rating.
