I was really impressed with the decor of this place. It has an actual food truck inside the building, so cool never seen that before and the food was delicious. I had the BBQ chicken and mushrooms with coleslaw my hunny had bbq chicken with macaroni salad. Both comes with white rice. We dined outside under the tents little windy but nice non the less. We've added this place to our list as go to for a nice,comfort food place. The gentleman at the register was 5 stars all by himself. Great customer service lives on!!!
Lunch visit. Ordered 2 tacos, one plate lunch, a musubi and grilled edamame. The chicken taco was tasty but the pork taco was dry, overcooked and poorly seasoned. Musubi was good. Edamame was flavorless despite being soaked in sauce. Plate lunch chicken was tasty but many pieces of the chicken were overcooked and dry. Seating area is tight, but nicely decorated. It was so cold in the restaurant that we ate in the car. Didn’t meet expectations created by the 4.9 star rating.

For my first time in, I went with the basic BBQ Chicken with rice and macaroni salad. The chicken was great! Has some chew to it but flavor was spot on. Couldn't eat it all in one sitting as it's probably enough for two people and for $16 it's priced okay. Inside is just a few tables and stools with pretty loud music but for a quick lunch it was fine. Staff where super friendly and attentive, but not overly so. Can't wait to try another meal here.

Kenji’s is a 10/10! I ordered several items to try with my family. Nothing was a miss. Everything was hot, fresh, and had great flavor. Portions are great for the price. The fried rice was definitely my favorite. Oh and I definitely recommend trying their house made hot sauce! Service was also very friendly.

My first time visiting this place was yesterday. I got the BBQ chicken plate and the mushroom taco. The BBQ chicken was delicious! So was the taco! The only problem I had with the taco is it could use two tortillas, when I picked it up, it immediately fell apart. I still ate it, and it was really good! The seasoning on it was delicious. Super cool place inside also, they have the food truck inside, is pretty cool. There's also a small patio for outdoor seating. Nice people also!

Ichicken wasn’t charred on both sides like I’m accustomed to. They must have switched up their cooking style. It also could’ve used a bit more sauce. The macaroni salad is delicious as always.

I ordered the BBQ beef combo plate with mac salad and rice to go. Portion size was great. The BBQ beef had pretty good flavor but it was quite dry and on the tough side, so I probably would go with a different protein in the future. Mac salad was solid.
