I love KFC but this location Food quality sucks! Last 3 times they served old chicken that tastes refried from either the day before or from lunch at dinner time! When you get it fresh it’s perfect! This is a gross practice I would avoid!

Stop having a hang out session in the back and actually help customers. I shouldn’t have to stand at the register making eye contact with employees for ten minutes to get help. Stop acting like you don’t know English either after I had already been standing there watching have a full conversation in English. Wont be back. Popeyes actually cares about customers

Unfortunately, KFC has one of the best pot pies in Reno these days. 3/5 stars because that’s the only thing I ever order.
Vegetarian options: Mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, and more. Idk I only eat their pot pies these days.

Worst place to go I don't even know where to start had Gloria running the drive thru when I arrive I got a 4 pc and a lg mash potatoes and gravy and a 12 pc nuggets and never got asked the size like that's fine got to watch my girlish figure and noticed when I got to the window and let the lady know what was going on and she stated that it will be 20 cents more for the upgrade for the soda cool I payed it cuz it's my cheat day and my dad told me they never asked about the sides so I let her know that and she said that it comes with what is on the picture ok then I asked for a number for her corporate and she said u just find it your self and then asked for her name and she took her name tag off and then said it was Gloria
No one at the counter. Took several minutes for anyone to even come to the counter to take my order. At least the creation time for my order was reasonably quick.

I got some food here today and expected it to be great quality. I got some tenders, most of them were good and cooked and everything was fine until I got this uncooked stretchy chicken tender which i took back immediately. I didn’t need a refund I just wanted to show them the issue. The manager ( this lady) started arguing for a receipt, she didn’t want to help me and brushed it off saying I’m lying. I showed them the chicken was undercooked and they still didn’t admit to their fault or do anything to make up for it. If you want a health issue go to this place!! ?

Very very rude employees, no one spoke english. They tried to steal $10 from us by stating they did not owe us the change and the manager fought with us over it. Food was mediocre at best. This place has been going down hill, but this really took us by surprise. Horrible service and food. The cost of these places are sky rocketing and the level of service is plummeting. What is happening in Reno? This "restaurant" is so ghetto now.
