Because of my man Panda our experience in a KFC of all places was amazing.He Helped out with our order by helping us choose a good deal and not only that but was super nice and the food came fresh and actually delicious. Good job Panda and team.

I was having a bad day and they made it worse. They took the order wrong, didn’t read it back so I didn’t know until they gave me the order, then they tried to correct it, but they still got it wrong. Then when they finally got it right some lady said let me see the order after I had said it was fine now and took my food to the back. She never gave me back the hot sauce I had asked for and they still left out an item. I was done with the interaction so I just left. On top of all of that the person taking the order was looking at his phone and never greeted us or asked to take our order, he just stood there.

I would like to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at KFC. The interminable wait time in front of the balcony, combined with the rude and utterly unprofessional attitude of the manager on duty, has made my experience unforgettable in the worst possible way. I strongly recommend that the public avoid this establishment, as the staff there simply do not deserve your patronage.

I’ve never been to this location on 5th Street. I wanted to try the HOT HONEY CHICKEN sandwich. It was awful!!!!! No hot honey and the chicken was hard as a rock. The guy who took my order was NOT speaking. Clearly and I had to ask him twice . Then he said never mind. The only thing that was good was the Diet Pepsi!
