I went in to buy my husband and I each a 3 piece meal. Was greeted with a beautiful smile from Ishmael. He was excellent. Best service EVER. The restaurant was spotless. So clean. The chicken was hot and delicious. What a wonderful lunch. I took it home to surprise my hard working husband. He was absolutely Delighted. Thanks again Ishmael for your exceptional attitude. We will be back.

Worst experience. Went and ordered two combo 5 chicken strips basket half of the chicken were not done end of dumping it went and asked why it’s not done no one came out for 10 minutes then said it’s like that and we got home and Doug my partner is having diarrhea and throwing up wonder it’s the food . I am so disappointed I wish I could have never gone here want my money back . I would never recommend anyone to Go there don’t know who the cook is . I wish there is an option no star button.

Got wrong order. Ordered three 4 piece tenders and got 3 piece chicken. Two boxes had ,1 biscuit and the third had 2 biscuits. If I didn't transport all the way to Carson City before I opened meals... I would have returned the whole order

Unfortunately, I didn't check my order until I was home, however my order for an 8pc meal was missing the gravy, and honey and butter for the biscuits. I ordered Xtra crispy and received original recipe.This KFC has never messed up my orders. It was rather busy and perhaps a trainee.

This location always messes up my online orders. I’ve had to get refunds from the feedback option about 2-3 times due to them messing up my order. This location needs better management.

Let me Just start by saying( Kenneth) a worker at this location racially profiled me took my order after being rude at first told me I should wait 20 minutes I said ok at 700pm and after waiting until 8 Kenneth did not show up with my food but he step out for break with out telling anyone I was waiting out side other workers are aware of this, leaving a customer waiting for 1 hour is bad business the franchise owners needs to fire you it's a bad experience when dealing with Kenneth and still my order was wrong after 1 hour food was saggy and wet from the long sitting not cool Kenneth
