Went through the drive through got number 5 medium. First, they handed food out the window without the incuded medium drink. Then, walked away, and two females approached the window but did not open it. After the 3rd approach to the window, one lady opened it, and I asked for my drink. After getting home, I realized that they had also not included the biscuit. $12 for 4 chicken straps and potatoes. Had to ask for a drink twice and did not get advertised included items. Preclosing is one thing. However, order accuracy must be maintained.

Alexa greeted a gentleman by name (houseless I believe) in front of me. She treated him with the utmost respect and she was absolutely wonderful. I will definetly be coming back with such service and kindness! Kudos to her and the crew there. The world needs more people like her.

the store at silverada has the most inept people I have ever seen in one place, they never check to see if everything that was ordered and paid for is in the bag, and its not just one or two times, everytime I go there they find a way to screw up my order, chicken undercooked, get a biscut with no butter and honey, or you get butter and honey and no biscuit, they cant seem to count over 1, tonight I ordered 2 potatoes and gravy and got one, they almost forgot the choc cake, they are overpriced and need to be all fired, along with the shift supervisor, maybe the store manager is deaf and dumb, i don't know, will never go there again, I am 70 yrs old, have aten at KFC most of my life, NO MORE, I have had it, i dont recomend it at all

Review just for the drive-thru and mobile order. The only reason I have a picture of the dining room is that I had to go in to pick up my mobile order. With that said, I've been to this location several times and usually through the drive thru. No complaints on on service or food. Service is quick and food is good. Same with my mobile orders. I must say that at first, I was kind of annoyed that I'd get a notification that my food was ready and to pick it up inside from a specific area - yet it's never there. I have to go to the cashier, wait for someone to come out front, then ask for it. Then I realized that in this area, the best practice is to keep it behind the counter. The dining area looks clean and I actually like the bucket ceiling light. Pretty cool. Perhaps next time, I'll dine in to take in the full experience.

The KFC on Los Altos has a very disappointing and egotistical manager that is a loud mouth and has a very disappointing attitude. He even stuck his head out of the drive up window and yelled at me

The cashier that worked the cash register yesterday.The kid with glasses wasted me haha. I should of check the bag for the 4 different dipping sauces! He gave me six of these in the picture. What a waste of time and money. Haha. I threw the fries and nuggets in the garbage. Definitely will not be going back there.
