If there was an option for a zero that's what I would have put, my wife and I went there today, a little after 4 pm , I ordered the 16 piece family meal, I also tried to order an 8 piece chicken only because they don't offer a 24 piece, so the cashier that took my order had to ask in the back, I heard the 2 women talking crap, saying they already ordered a 16 piece what more do they want, just lazy didn't want to get it , there was plenty of chicken in the tray, they kept on taking crap, so I ordered a 12 piece chicken finger instead, was like 85 dollars, but wasn't about the money just don't appreciate, them saying rude things, the food sucked, will never go back ever, I'm going to Popeyes from now on , the only good thing was the cashier was nice , oh and they were out of ice , so unless you feel like being insulted, by all means go there.

Just not the same old KFC chicken and the recipe is not the same as it was. Just like everything else in the O'Biden economy!! WAY overpriced and the quality of their product has sharply declined. But, the staff was professional and well trained.
Best KFC chicken in Reno! The coleslaw is good too . I take it home and add red onions to it.

Literally thought the costumers were working the drive thru, one of the workers was wearing a dirty tube top jeans, basically a bra which is why it caught our attention and the (I’m guessing) manager had on a pink shirt with her cleavage hanging out and hair a mess. Super confused but got my food so ??♀️
