Unacceptable in every way.
I have now been here twice and it was consistent. Unenthusiastic, painfully slow counter service. A lengthy wait for food, despite the fact that not one other customer is in the restaurant on a Friday night at 6:00 p.m. (that should have been a clue.)
The fried chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets were overcooked to the point of being hard. Both were served cold, as were the fries.
Apparently, I'm the last person in Reno to get the memo about this place. I cannot imagine they will be open much longer. They really shouldn't be.

This KFC will scam you out of your money by not giving you what you paid for. Do not pull forward into a parking spot if they ask you to, while your order gets made. They will not get your food to you. If you try to get a refund they will tell you it’s not possible. Absolutely terrible location. Do not trust this KFC. I’m out $11 because I made the wrong decision to go here for lunch.

Went inside to order dinner. Took 40 minutes to get our order at 7pm. They let some homeless looking guy go into the kitchen to make food. No hair nets, no gloves, everyone has headphones in and speaking Spanish. Person who took my order was very rude. If you want fast food use the drive through just make sure your order is correct. Most of the time orders are incorrect of swapped items or missing items. Needs better people working. The seating area looked filthy and gross, none of the tables were cleaned, couldn't even sit down and wait.
