I had stopped going to this KFC a few years ago becasue of the terrible service and food quality and not tasting the way it should! I have had to drive all the way into town to the next KFC miles away to obtain meals. A few weeks ago I was in a hurry and stopped at this location on Damonte Ranch and was expecting to be disappointed yet again. I WAS SURPRISED! The new crew and manager are excellent, and everything was what I could hope for as to the flavor of the food and quality of service! I was told that the new Manager had only been there for about 6 or 7 months. what a turn around he has made in this location! AWESOME!

The staff are very rude. Ever time we’ve been to this location our order has been missing items. Today, we got 1 drink and ordered 2. We asked for the second only to find out both drinks were wrong. They left out a side item and was irritated when we asked for honey sauce.
