My wife and I went to KFC for many years ago when we were in college and always found the bucket of the original chicken to be excellent and affordable. I by chance went to the KFC on Damonte Ranch last and order the chicken tenders that were on sale. I was very surprised and disappointed with the tenders that were provided .They were the smallest tenders I have ever seen much less bought. I doubt that I will ever return to any KFC .

Tonight, my wife and I visited KFC restaurant. After placing our order, an individual approached the counter and began engaging in inappropriate behavior towards the manager. This behavior was uncalled for and unjustified. The individual claimed to be mistreated. However, we witnessed the entire interaction and found that the individuals response was excessive. In contrast, the manager was courteous, friendly, and demonstrated utmost respect towards us.

I had stopped going to this KFC a few years ago becasue of the terrible service and food quality and not tasting the way it should! I have had to drive all the way into town to the next KFC miles away to obtain meals. A few weeks ago I was in a hurry and stopped at this location on Damonte Ranch and was expecting to be disappointed yet again. I WAS SURPRISED! The new crew and manager are excellent, and everything was what I could hope for as to the flavor of the food and quality of service! I was told that the new Manager had only been there for about 6 or 7 months. what a turn around he has made in this location! AWESOME!
