I order food from here today and altho the server was polite and the food came out quickly the rice tasted like it was several days old and the macaroni had gone sour I'm disappointed because L&L just close the kietzke ln location for lack of traffic I never had food remotely close to this level of crap

Great place to stop by and grab a bite to eat. If you’re in a pinch, call ahead! The awesome staff will be happy to place an order for you, I also got a fun little sticker! The Spam Musubi, Saimin, and BBQ chicken are delicious, the chicken was cooked perfectly. Aaaannnddd if you don’t do spam, try the BBQ chicken Musubi, you can’t go wrong! Staff is friendly and helpful as usual, food was done quick. It was a little dark inside, but it wasn’t too bad! There might’ve been a lighting issue, I didn’t ask. Parking is pretty easy to find, easy and good enough to say I’ll be stopping by again! Thanks guys!

I’m so glad this place is close to my house. I can order from the app and pick up my food on the way home. The food is always excellent and the service is great.

I always get take out. The atmosphere is like a fast food place. That’s not necessarily bad, but not someplace I would take a friend out to lunch. If they were open earlier, I’d order from them even more.

I ordered 2 plates: a regular size kalbi short ribs plate and a seafood combo. The kalbi is my usual plate. I was surprised to see the size of the short ribs as it was less than what I usually see. I've had great kalbi from other locations and the portions are bigger than the one I received. It looked as if they were running out or something because it felt like it was for a mini.

They must have a new cook, i've ordered from here several times as I live Only a few blocks away. I ordered the loco moco, as I always do. This time it was different. The macaroni salad, it was very runny and it was barely any gravy at all, the meat was dry and on top of all of that, My over easy eggs were hard.

The fact you guys call yourself Hawaiian bbq is sad. Trying to pass off top ramen noodles as saimen and charging what you do for it is extremely disturbing. Extremely haole of you.

Ordered the Loco mo not enough gravey for the dish and the worst part my over easy eggs were cooked over hard they were like rubber. When I went to the counter to have them fix the eggs the two girls wouldn't come to the counter so I sat .y plate on the counter and went back to my table, a few minutes later the .an who took my order came to the counter I showed him my eggs and went back to my table. When he returned his placed my food on the table with the original eggs still on the plate and said new eggs would be coming it was obvious he had a problem with me because I complained. When my new eggs arrived they were cooked just like the first ones I recieved!! overdone and rubbery. I will never go back and recommend that no one else waste their money on this place either there are too many goòd places to in Reno.
