Ordered the Loco mo not enough gravey for the dish and the worst part my over easy eggs were cooked over hard they were like rubber. When I went to the counter to have them fix the eggs the two girls wouldn't come to the counter so I sat .y plate on the counter and went back to my table, a few minutes later the .an who took my order came to the counter I showed him my eggs and went back to my table. When he returned his placed my food on the table with the original eggs still on the plate and said new eggs would be coming it was obvious he had a problem with me because I complained. When my new eggs arrived they were cooked just like the first ones I recieved!! overdone and rubbery. I will never go back and recommend that no one else waste their money on this place either there are too many goòd places to in Reno.

Fish batter burnt 2 strips of fat macaroni soup. This was the worst meal ever . I PURCHASED for a clients meal and did not have time to return. I will never return and will tell everyone I know. Unbelievable they would serve someone this, the appearance was awful, wish I could upload pictures.

Chicken katsu wasnt thin and crispy enough. It was also sort of dry. Just didnt taste like authentic hawaiin bbq. Probably because there aren't many people of the culture here cooking it.

I have been a customer for a while now & I have my favorite but recently I've noticed that the curry sauce amount has been decreased. My answer was to ask for extra, knowing that it's an additional charge. The first time it was as expected, sauce on the order itself w/container on the side. Yay! I was happy. My last 2 visits were a disappointment because although I did get a container of sauce, the order itself was dry as the desert we live in! If you're going to charge for sauce on the side(?!?) Then say so! I am extremely disappointed that you are treating a repeat customer so poorly. I expect to be charged for EXTRA not for ANY. I will be rethinking the money I would spend on dinner treats such as your curry in the future. It's good you are doing well enough to be as uncaring about your customers especially when you are moving to a new location. I am questioning whether or not you are worth following around. I must point out that I have been in f&b services but never charged customers unless they wanted more than the regular portion. I guess what I was saying is this may be a time to check the kitchen for continuity regarding the menu. I should not have to order extra to get any or some of what should already be included. I wish I had taken a picture but that was not my first thought although I am from a different age & I guess I need to catch up.

Being a Hawaii local and love eating L & L back home.. dis was da first ??When I walked in 2 workers were carrying on a conversation as one was eating at a table and the other behind the counter completely focuses on the iPad and didn't even look up to acknowledge me. Stood there as they still were carrying on their conversation as if they were the only 2.. when finally he puts the iPad down and just looks at me. Still no greeting. Ordered and paid for food. Let me tell you, as a prior food service employee. The fries I ordered were redipped in the fryer to warm it up and was that stale taste and mac salad a little too watery like. Not sure if they're following the recipe to a T or not. Pretty sad. I definitely miss the previous owners ( original Mae Anne location) as they were awesome to their customers as was their cashiers. Sorry R.C.

Never have I ever been able to go somewhere with my husband, and he is full and satisfied, servings were amazing... cashier was really awesome... we were first timers... also the cheeseburgers are the bomb... and the pulled pork

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My food was absolutely disgusting which never happens from an L&L, but I still wouldn't have given them a bad review if they had even cared or helped me AT ALL! I believed it was just an honest mistake they made by them, but they then told me I was dead wrong and they wouldn't fix anything or even leave a note for the manager with my contact info.

Ordered Moco Loco. The burgers were like two frisbees, overcooked and cold with 3Tablespoons of gravy for the full sized dinner. The worst part, the two “over easy”eggs were literally over hard and pure rubber. They went into the trash, right off the bat. Both orders were the same and DISGUSTING!! What happened to this place??
