Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My food was absolutely disgusting which never happens from an L&L, but I still wouldn't have given them a bad review if they had even cared or helped me AT ALL! I believed it was just an honest mistake they made by them, but they then told me I was dead wrong and they wouldn't fix anything or even leave a note for the manager with my contact info.

Ordered Moco Loco. The burgers were like two frisbees, overcooked and cold with 3Tablespoons of gravy for the full sized dinner. The worst part, the two “over easy”eggs were literally over hard and pure rubber. They went into the trash, right off the bat. Both orders were the same and DISGUSTING!! What happened to this place??

I love how fast the service was, however the meals I ordered the chicken was dry, the rice was a little over cooked. The macaroni salad was really good. I ordered the seafood BBQ and the fish was okay at first, but the second bite into it, it was extremely sour. Not even a few hours later, I got really sick.Fish is like a fine art, you have to know what your doing or no one will like it. Over all for over 70$ we spent it wasn't worth it.

I ordered food from the website for pick up! Order number: BGZ_901I provided Hunter, the worker there, PROOF of my order and he stated that he never got the order and that there was nothing he can do about it because his manager was on a “plane to Texas”. I asked him for a refund and he stated he could not help me! They literally stole money from me and I will be reporting this to my bank!!!!

I order the bbq short ribs which gave me stomach indigestion due to being so salted it could have been given anyone a heart attack. The pasta was so over dressed and no flavor. Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning.

Big fan of L&L but this specific L&L isn't it. If the drive isn't to far, the one off Mae Ann is miles better. The rice was super undercooked while the chicken was over cooked. All I could taste on the chicken was soy sauce, didn't have the familiar BBQ chicken taste that I'm used too. The service was good but the food isn't worth the $40 for two plates and a spam musubi. Definitely won't be going back.

I usually go to the location on Mae Anne but this one was much less busy which I liked. Very friendly phone service and great food. Would absolutely eat here again.
"OPEN"!? But they can't serve anything that's funny lol Better to close the store than to waste my precious time. So Disappointed! The owner should not pay them for doing nothing and can't serve the food I want.

Tried L&L in Reno for the first time . Food was good but atmosphere was lacking. No Hawaiian music, just silence. Disappointing to say the least as I grew up in Hawaii and wanted a little bit of remembrance of the islands. Also note to anyone trying to use the L&L app. The employees working there seem to be unaware of it and do not use it. They claim to not have the reader to scan and you can not use any of your offers or get points for your purchases. Pretty sad considering they have a pretty high tech touch screen for payment.
