Went for lunch, first time. I came up to the lady to order and she was nice but she made a judgy comment. I asked her how big were the Gorditas and she told me and continue to say “you can probably get full with two, me one” while she looked at me up and down. I just thought it was very rude of her.

finally a Taco shop opened in this area, The shopping center located on a busy corner of Longley and McCarren. Expectations, although the service was impeccable the veggie and chicken options were not. Price is avg for a taco at 2.50, we got a couple tacos; chicken and potato something. Do not recommend either, pastor and chicken is flavorless and was shredded. I even asked if it was grilled at the least. Loaded Nachos were okay left a lot to be desired especially for $15.00. chicken was at least grilled but again no flavor. cheese was at least nacho cheese, jalapeño's were not fresh either. they have many other meat options but I either don't eat them or don't have any desire to try them. Hopefully they improve.

I love tacos. I mean, I REALLY love tacos. I try every kind I can find. This place has THE BEST in town. And even though I love to try new things, I’ve never moved much past the pressed chicharrons with red sauce, because they are absolutely mouthwatering. The spicy salsa is absolutely killer. Everything here… the sautéed onions, blistered jalapeños…. I LOVE La Bufa!

Great taco stand. Quick service, sometimes not the best location. Carne asada is top notch.

Cozy, little spot they added for a more comfortable setting added onto their food truck they also have in front of the Peppermill. The food truck has later hours, but this is more of a normal restaurant setting. Same food and menu, but a nice air conditioned place to sit down and eat. You are able to rent the whole restaurant since it's seats about 30 or less maybe. They do have a bathroom and they still make their own tortillas. I love how they have all the meats. And I don't just mean chicken, beef, Al pastor, and cabeza (head) I mean all the meats. Tripe, which is stomach, lengua (tongue), buche (intestine) I think. They were out of that last time I went. They shop locally at Sierra seafood in sparks I was told by the owner. Very nice, but quiet. Informed me about what is great to try and what everyone likes to get and where they source all their food, and what they make during the weekends. Which they make menudo and pozole fresh every weekend. I still have not been able to try the pozole because they seriously sell out by Saturday. And I usually come here on Sundays since it's my Fridays from work and I like to treat myself. Their beans are made fresh. Very tasty. I'm not sure what they put in them but I hate beans but I will eat theirs. Their Spanish rice is fluffy which is so nice because you feel like you can eat a lot of it. Maybe that's not very nice because that's not a good thing for me. Haha. Don't want to add on more weight. Well, so far my favorite Mexican place to eat at. Yum yum.

The chorizo con papas burrito has so much flavor, it's so thick & for the first time ever I didn't need or want salsa on a burrito!! Love it, & the Asada tacos are authenticity made perfectly.

Solid little taco shop in our neighborhood. Been meaning to try it since it opened several months ago and I'm glad we finally did.Ordered the breakfast torta and an order of 5 fried shredded beef tacos or taquitos that came with rice and beans. Both were packed with flavor. The tacos, though simply prepared, were very crispy and topped with a tasty blend of shredded lettuce, crema, and cojita cheese. The torta is absolutely loaded with a variety of meats, and topped with an egg just to reassure you it counts as breakfast (or any time really)! The service was fine, quick and polite to take my to-go order. It took a few minute longer than expected, but the authentic quality and taste will remind you some things are worth waiting a little longer. There's only seating for a couple families inside this no-frills little shop, so likely plan to order ahead for pickup or take out. Regardless, the space is clean and inviting for the time you are there. Will definitely be back to try any combination of the 20 or so options they have on their menu. Most items are between $10-15.

Fantastic tasting food, but the horchata could use some help. Lacks the cinnamon/sweet flavor and tastes more like milk. But other than that, the food is amazing!!!
