Lá Mint - Vietnamese Kitchen

Lá Mint has been a place we've consistently gone to since moving to Reno in 2020. And it has always met, or exceeded expectations when it comes to both food and atmosphere.

Lá Mint is almost never crowded (even on weekends), so it's very easy to find a seat, soak in the music (which is usually soft jazz) and the decor. The food is generally more expensive then what you'd find at Hong Kong Diner or Doughnut Bistro, but I personally think it's worth it as you can taste the difference. I believe that Lá Mint is one of the best places you can get Vietnamese/Chinese food in Reno.

The only true hiccup I've had at Lá Mint was one time was an ant in the glass of water I was served. However, that was quickly sorted out, and has not happened again.

Also, If you don't feel like having Pho, I recommend the Chow Fun, it's usually what I get when I don't feel like Pho.

Very cool. Food is served pretty quickly. General's chicken too sweet, pho is delicious, spring rolls delicious, so 4.5 on the food. The owner is amazing and super sweet. The staff is hit or miss... Half the time, they're in a bad mood.

This is our comfort food place! Our waiter knows our menu choice and provides us with excellent service! Price is worth it! Definitely recommend this place, we take friends and family here!

Ordered a rare beef pho. Maybe it was the fact that it was delivery but the food was not well prepared.

More bean sprouts than noodles or rare beef. Only 5-6 pieces of “rare beef”. I’m not sure what beef this was but it was tough and dried out. Broth tasted old.

I’ll give this place another shot dining in but not ordering delivery from there again.

Pho broth is clear and flavorful. Special pho has variety of beef meat. Egg rolls are crispy with well seasoned fillings inside. The restaurant had a beautiful interior design and you will not smell like food walking out the restaurant like some other Vietnamese places.
