Ordered large combination pho and trio sizzling platter w/rice. Both are very good. We didn't dine in and had it delivered to us by Door Dash.

Ordered a rare beef pho. Maybe it was the fact that it was delivery but the food was not well prepared.

More bean sprouts than noodles or rare beef. Only 5-6 pieces of “rare beef”. I’m not sure what beef this was but it was tough and dried out. Broth tasted old.

I’ll give this place another shot dining in but not ordering delivery from there again.

Pho broth is clear and flavorful. Special pho has variety of beef meat. Egg rolls are crispy with well seasoned fillings inside. The restaurant had a beautiful interior design and you will not smell like food walking out the restaurant like some other Vietnamese places.

I've eaten here several times for the vegan pho and it's been pretty decent. Today I Ordered take out and while I was eating I noticed a dead fly. In my pho. My stomachs in knots, I won't be able to eat here ever again.

Lá Mint is a standout Vietnamese spot in Reno that blends modern style with comforting flavors. From the moment you walk in, the décor catches your eye—clean lines, subtle lighting, and little touches (like hanging umbrellas) that make it feel fresh and inviting.

The food lives up to the ambiance. Their pho broth is consistently praised as rich and satisfying, and their menu offers more than just pho—think grilled pork, vermicelli bowls, chow fun noodles, appetizers like spring rolls and potstickers, and even Vietnamese coffee. Portions are generous, which helps with value.

Service is generally fast and friendly. Some diners note that during busy times things slow down a bit or order taking takes a moment, but nothing major that ruins the experience.

One of Lá Mint’s strong appeals is its variety—no matter your mood you’ll find something tempting. And for vegans or vegetarians, there are options (though a few customers caution that you may need to clarify ingredients like oyster sauce).

If I had to be picky: sometimes orders come out out of sequence, or small details (like ingredient substitutions) can get mixed up. Also, during peak hours you might wait a bit to be seated. But overall, the positives far outweigh the minor hiccups.

Bottom line:
If you’re in Reno and craving Vietnamese food that’s more than average, Lá Mint is well worth a visit. It’s got style, flavors, and breadth of menu to satisfy both regulars and those new to the cuisine. Let me know if you want a shorter “Yelp-style” version you can use!

Atmosphere is absolutely AMAZING with flowers, air conditions, art, tv (football), bar, and quick service. Everything you can possibly think of. One employee was so sweet and gave my kid a complimentary sprite and full size drink of his choice! So far my favorite Vietnamese restaurant!

Walked in a server pointed to a table and walked away came back with water and plates - still no conversation - very unfriendly. Ordered spring & egg rolls - spring rolls overcooked. Then Pad Tai and Mongolian Beef - pad Tai was terrible only ate about 3 mouthfuls and Mongolian beef was so salty and covered in soy sauce. Not Authentic Vietnamese food. A bad choice for food
