Feels like a family bar because the bartender knew people by name. Indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) seating. Very nice and friendly service. I ordered a patty melt with srispy fries - very good. The rum and coke was good. They do have a cash price and a credit card price.

If you enjoy coleslaw check this place out. They have the best in Reno. It's made so fresh and with the excellent combination of sauce. It pairs so well with their fries.

We just got our dinner via take out and for the price we paid it was not worth it. They charge $28 for a 14 Oz ribeye which is the same price others charge for a 18 or 20 Oz. I order a med rare and got a very well done steak which ruins a ribeye. Vegetables were soggy, he got a very black patty melt. The bread was completely burnt and they knew it was burnt, didn't think twice to replace it. I ordered a bananas foster martini, which is extremely watery. Will not recommend or go there again

I use to go here just for the burger! It was the best in all of Reno. Then recently they updated the bar & grill (which looks great btw) but they also changed their “lakeside burger” & it’s disappointing. I’ll be back but only if they bring back their old burger! — EDIT — ordered with thousand island instead, it came on the side. Fine. It’s ok. Not as good as i remember but there good is still decent overall. Their fries are killer

This is my wife's and my favorite lunch spot to meet up and have a mid-week date. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. We've been eating there for years.

Beware!! If you aren't using cash, you WILL pay a fee on your bill for using a debit card. We ordered a sandwich to split. They charged $3 for this and didn't even give any extra fries. We each had about 7. We asked about the split fee and our server said she'd remove it. She ran my card for the full price anyway, dropped the "amended" bill on the table and disappeared. She didn't waive this fee as promised. Good food but a rip off in many other ways. I will NEVER return. #thieves

Went here this Monday morning. Service was wonderful, and the food was delicious! My fiancé got the cowboy biscuits and they were gone within five minutes (no joke). I got the French toast combo and let me say, these were my favorite French toast! They're like how grandpa makes them, simple and delicious. This place is worth a try! You won't regret it.

Atmosphere: Tavern like, like a sports bar but relaxed and mature.
Cost: Fair, similar to a Chili's, BJs, or other mainstream dinner priced establishment.
Service: Wait Staff was attentive filling waters, clearing plates, and bringing the check. Very little wait time when needed and we were given plenty of time without harassment to eat, talk, and enjoy our meal.
Food: Most was excellent.
$40 Ribeye with fries, seasonal vegetables (asparagus)and salad: salad was delicious with balsamic vinaigrette, fries were crispy and well seasoned, ribeye was juicy and I didn't even leave a single scrap of food. I would order this again. It's also the most expensive item on the menu.
My 3 companions ordered Fish and Chips (which was enjoyed), Salmon (also good and completely eaten), and an Asian Chicken Salad. The Asian salad was the only dish that could be improved because the presentation was like a chopped lettuce salad that once the dressing was put on looked wet and flat. It would have presented better if served like my side salad which was really quite good both in presentation, texture and taste.
I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent meal.
