I’ve enjoy a lot of great coffee shops around town, and in my humble opinion no one has better-tasting beans than Laughing Cat. It’s the only coffee I brew at home and it’s amazing every time. When out of town guests come to stay with us they always comment on how good the coffee is too. Whether you are a coffee connoisseur or just feel like life is too short to drink bad coffee then Laughing Cat is for you.

Seasonal mint matcha was our groups favorite! Cheddar jalapeno bagels are really good and had pieces of jalapeno baked in with a big heap of cream cheese on the side.

I love this place. I've waited too long to give them a review. I found them by happenstance one day and truly believe they have the best cold brew in town. Their growlers get me through the week for my coffee supply and every time I go in to refill and get a drink, the staff is happy and kind and the drinks and food are always good. Emily is an amazing barista and has the best customer service. If you are a cold brew drinker, this place is a must.

Great coffee roaster with fresh beans (days to weeks old), typical prices, 16 oz bags rather than 8 / 10 / 12 oz sizes, and you can even get flavor infused beans to scratch your high school Starbucks caramel macchiato itch without adding sugar!

Got the Matcha Latte but the ratios were off and I tasted mostly just milk. The color was off too it was very light since they used more milk than matcha. Staff was great to talk to. Might give their coffees a try next time.
