I doordashed the comfort bowl and added chicken and it was genuinely one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten, it came warm and a good portion of food! Highly recommend!!

While the atmosphere at Mid-Town location isn’t quite as welcoming as the University location, the food and service is excellent. Worth mentioning is the pricing, it’s very reasonable especially in light of the fact that eating out in general has become quite costly.

It was hard to find parking that you didn't have to walk a block for. It's an order at the counter. There are no servers. I had a banhi mi salad that was served as each separate items on the plate with two big wedges of tofu and the peanut sauce that came in a dish that sat on top of my rice. I didn't finish it because it was a little to spicy for me.

Ate on a Sunday afternoon, it was very slow and not many people eating. When entering, it took about 15 minutes for anyone to come to the register to help, even when staff in the back turned around to look at us several times. A tall kid proceeded to come out and take our order, he was annoyed. His service was awful, and he was unhelpful. We took a seat and when our food was brought out it was so mediocre. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, my partner had a normal quesadilla, and wow. It looked awful, the taste was ok. Nothing special. Considering how much we paid, and the crap service we got it was not worth it. The only time the staff helped anyone was when there friends stopped by, they were loud and boisterous then…I recommend going somewhere else.

The food is great but the service there is honestly appalling. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a waitress before and it sucks cause this used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. I’ll be sure to stick to the other locations - same good food and better service

I’m not sure what’s going on in the meat freezer of this restaurant but me and my baby have food poisoning almost instantly after eating there chicken burrito. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. something tells me this place needs to be shut down.

I wanted to give them more stars. The food was pretty good for fast food. Healthy and good tasting. The restaurant is fun to look at. But the bathrooms were like a truck stop in the worst drive through town in the US, and there were no toilet paper or paper towels at all. An hour later I still smell the weeks old urine from the toilet and floor. WTAF????? Disgusting. I'm sorry I went just because of that. Clean up your act.
If you seek refuge, the loos Auto lock. The rest of the place is terrifying it's generally quite empty in the evening I assume they're busy with phone orders that could change soon I don't know anything about that old paper box out front.
The servers go by the rules. You don't have to I'd recommend stealing toothpicks.

Whoever was front of the kitchen Monday December 9, 2024 in the evening around 4PM deserves a raise; I am too familiar with coming in and there is always something missing in my order, usually something I paid extra for, and this person made my order perfectly and the front desk person was extremely kind as well, they even put cutlery and napkins in my bag. I had stopped coming because my order would be so frequently messed up, luckily I came in this Monday evening and now I will always come in on Monday evenings because I know I can count on those workers!

Food went in trash where it belongs.. Last time I give this place a chance, they LITERALLY mess up my families order EVERY time… I ordered a burrito with JUST rice today along with another menu item, and the tortilla has nothing but broccoli in it.. No accountability at the place, nothing changes, go to SUP instead and have a 5 star experience every time.. This place is a joke… Talk about incompetency, if I were you I’d take my money elsewhere, Great Full Gardens is also a MUCH better choice..? PS there is a large homeless encampment next to it now, so have fun with that while you pick up your food too..??
