This is probably the worst location for Rolled ice cream. On 09/23/24 around 11:30am. We have been waiting at the register area and it took them pretty long to finally give us service. When we were asking to make a cookie and cream. The lady said she couldn’t do it. As a matter of fact, she could not do any flavor other than Cotten candy, we asked why they couldn’t when they had full ice creams. So basically she picked out our ice cream which was only Cotten candy.

Kids loved the ice cream they chose. Couldn’t ask for nothing better. We’re happy and the ice cream was fulfilling. Definitely recommend rolled ice cream and next on the menu is the crepe to be tried. Friendly and really neat and tidy place.

This has to be the worst business model out there. The frontline staff will end up carpel tunnel syndrome by the end of the first year, if they make it that long. The wait time is at least 20 minutes and that's on a slow day.

Delicious place to stop and get something sweet while you shop. I ordered banana cream and sweet and salty ice cream rolls. The ice cream was so creamy, and added toppings brought so many flavors to this yummy dessert. Can't wait to go back to try more flavors.

I highly recommend Let’s Roll Ice Cream!!! It’s seriously the best rolled ice cream in TOWN!! Great flavors and many toppings to pick from If you are ever at Meadowood Mall you should definitely stop by. ?

A great place to go if you want rolled ice cream. Went there earlier today right when they were closing and the nice sweet lady that was working named Connie was nice enough to make me my build your own rolled ice cream even though she was clean up at 8pm. She was so amazing I will definitely be going back. Hope she will be there when I go back it was a pleasure doing business with her. She is great. I highly recommend.

Where to begin lady wasn't nice or inviting. She made my ice cream wrong and had a very hard time making my ice cream to begin with. When she roller out my ice cream it wasn't done right it was too tall for my toddler to eat. My baby loves watching them do the ice cream but this time didn't even care to watch because of how much the girl struggled to do anything. Horrible experiance and the ice cream it's self did not tast good( wasn't the right one anyways.) Would give me my money back!!! Never again

This place is the best to get rolled ice cream. I'm very happy with the experience I have received from Connie that works there she has amazing bosses as well. They run a great friendly establishment. I will be coming back every time I come to the mall. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service.

The ladies at the front were so nice, the food there was so nice too. I highly recommend getting the pizza crepe. if you have never tried a crepe or rolled ice cream before, you should come here for one.
