“The pizza was great, I bought it for my students who were working so hard to be present at school and on time. Our pizza was so yummy perfectly fresh and the bread sticks too. I'll definitely keep ordering from the Moana store location. Thanks for being fast too.“

“Just moved to Reno and this one is the closest to my placeThe young black man was very polite . I went for two pizza and only one was ready. He insisted I waited a few minutes and gave me two fresh pizzas. Fresh made pizza, hell yeah! That guy was dope.Definitely coming back.“

“Collin helped us when we made our order, and he did amazing. He was patient, helpful and kind. Collin gets 5 stars from us! His manager Laura on the other hand I feel a little differently. Being blatantly rude to her employees in front of customers is highly unprofessional in my opinion. If she wants them to perform better she should train them better but the way she belittles her staff isnt cool. She was nice enough to us but I can tell you right now she no leader. Just because someone is a hard worker does not always translate to good leadership.

“I really like the pre order and pick up with a qr code/pin was super convenient and easy. I got the stuffed crust pizza, crazy bread sticks, italian cheese bread and mug root beer. I highly recommend all those things and really love to get them. The staff was very friendly and help. Good job management for having a good staff that always makes a great difference.“

“I've been petty vocal about my issues with this location in the past. But, I have to say, the employees they have in there now are excellent. They have completely turned this store around, to the point that I'm impressed every time I order anything from them. The pizzas are cooked correctly, the wait time for food had reduced dramatically, and the employees all seem to be on top of their game. Great job, team!“

“I sat in my car waiting for the tracker to show my pizza was out of the oven and walked in 30 minutes later and they had my pizza sitting there... What's the point of the tracker if it never updates?

Parking: Limited parking that's shared with a liquor store. The waiting/ordering area is enough room for 5 people uncomfortably.“

“Double pepperoni pizza ? was delicious. I haven't had a good pepperoni pizza that's been good in a very long time. I usually get deep dish cuz its my favorite but now it's going to be a tough decision next time. The guys are usually pretty friendly just keep in mind their young and inexperienced in customer service. And welcoming when you enter, always someone greets you.
