Little Caesars Pizza

Been a long time since I've been a little Caesars pizza. Probably close to a year. I figured I would grab a pizza on the way home. Well I show up and maybe 6-7 people are waiting around. None of the workers are really paying attention, it seemed like that to me. So finally I say something to them. I ordered a pizza and those new round pizza things. First thing is after my order, the price is 12.75 , now I'm told that the cash register is not working and I have to have the exact change to get the pizza. I've run into this type of problem myself, being in the restaurant industry. It also depends if your register is working or not. If you're honest you can get real numbers in your head, write the order down, give them the change, and serve the food. Everything seems to work out, without really major hiccups. They didn't have any change, they told their customers to have the exact amount of money and if they didn't, well no food for you. I handed them extra money and told them to keep the change. As other people that walked in for a pizza, just walked out with nothing at all. They (management) just could have dug up some change from maybe from your coworkers right down to what you borrowed from them, ran the business as best as you can, trying to satisfy your customers at the same time trying to get the register fixed. The other thing was you only need the employee that knows the register up there looking at it. Not everyone. So to finish my pizza experience, it took at least 15 plus minutes to get my order. But my pizza had been sitting there for a while. I know the difference between a freshly baked pizza compared to one that's been sitting for a while. Thanks again for letting me give you my reason for this posting about the little Caesars pizza business.

Pizza is always soggy. They aren't fully cooking the pizzas.

Staff is very friendly and kind, quick service, helpful and accommodating... Food is good always fresh and tasty

Don’t think we will go here again even though it’s super close to our house. I got our usual order but it did not look like it usually does it actually looked like they dropped it and put it in the box upside down and it wasn’t hot. Kinda disappointing we love little Caesars!

I used to LOVE a cheap Little Caesar's pizza but the last few times ai have gone here the pizza has been AWFUL! I don't expect high end pizza from them obviously but I feel like saucing the whole pizza and not overcooking it shouldn't be too much to ask. The last few times I've gone the pizza has had "stripes" of sauce (some bits had sauce others were just cheese and dough) and it has been extremely thin and overcooked. The last time I went was the last straw though. The crazy bread was hard as a rock, the pizza was thin and hard as a rock, in my WHOLE pizza only 2 slices had a small trace of sauce while the rest was cheese and rock hard dough. Unacceptable no matter what place you are. FIGURE IT OUT.

RAW COLD DOUGH🤮……the moment I bit into my deep dish pizza. Straight cold and mushy. I went all the way back to get a refund and their little wack cash register system wouldn’t give me a refund. The franchise owner just lost my / my family’s business. Taking it to another pizza business. Kids hired are straight trash. I asked them how long it would take they said 20 min.(when I went back I asked them how long the left the pizza in they said 7 minutes.) Seriously⁉️⁉️Raw cold pizza. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. assistant mngr was “Brian/Bryan” Since the main manager “was not in” according to them.

I ordered my pizzas using the app and I got half crust in my pizza and the rest was melted cheese. Let’s not mention the fact that it was cold. I’m sure I got pizzas that were made hours ago! This is ridiculous I live far from northtowne but unfortunately this was the one that was on my way to my house. Super disappointed on the quality. The pizza should be kept hot and not cold.
