Ordered online, came to pick up, they spent 20 minuets figuring out that they had given my order to someone else. Then told me they could not remake my order they had to give me a refund. Gave me the refund and said I could reorder, which makes no sense at all. I was very frustrated but still needed food to take home, but there are few options out in this area without going into reno. So came back in ordered nearly the exact same order with one exception and am now still waiting. It has taken over an hour to get 2 pizzas 2 crazy breads and 2 crazy puffs. I will Never come here again. If there were an option for zero stars that would be my rating.

Stead location. Tried to use website to order. It didn’t work. Tried to call, they don’t answer the phone when they are busy. Walked in to place order and the employees are looking at the phone laughing as I’m trying to call to place an order. I guess they are not that busy. What a shame for the owner. The amount of money he is losing with the jokes they play.

Waited so long, and it was my bad to think that someone who took my order could actually listen and get it right. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but THIS IS THE 2ND TIME that my order was messed up and this time it’s missing an item but calling 5 times won’t do anything. No one answers. Make sure to check all your stuff. Can’t even trust that thru put the right style of pizza in the box. How sad.
This Little Caesars was a lil more retro then ours in Elk Grove... but it was nice to see a smiling face... pizza was good... it was a tad busy for a Thursday afternoon... but we didn't wail long... and thie kids were supper happy ?

How horrible of a business that refuses to answer their phones, or answer then hang up. Customer service sucks. Pizza is either old or undercooked.
