They messed up our order. We called them to tell them. We drove back over for them to fix it. Gave them the pizza that was incorrect back to them. They “fixed” things by giving us another pizza that was not correct. Also, they didn’t give any discount or apology. When we called again and said it’s still wrong, they offered for us to drive back there a third time 🤦🏻♀️. POOR customer service. Not the smartest staff. It’s a cheap pizza joint so expectations aren’t high, but there are others in town that do a better job. My advice, just avoid this one.

I placed an online order for Pickup in Reno before leaving carson city. knowing it would probably be busy on Halloween night.
When I arrived they hadn't started my order yet, and I had to wait another 25 minutes. It was kinda irritating trying to save time, yet still forced to wait, but they looked understaffed for a guaranteed busy night.. Food was good and obviously fresh 😆.

I just got a reg cheese and an itialian cheesy bread. The ICB was alil dry but was still good. The pizza was done amazingly. Right amount of cheese, sauce, and baked just right! Would definitely recommend this place!

Don't order pretzel pizza. It is nothing like what the app shows. I called and she said that is how they followed the recipe with a glazed baking soda water. I was looking forward in to a pretzel pizza but just got what looked like their pepperoni pizza with salt throw on the crust.
TF is the point of saying pizza is hot and ready if it never is.

horrible service placed a order at 4:30 for one single pizza for a pickup at 6 went to pick it up at 6:05 was told it would be a second 15 min later after watching 5 customers come in and pick up online orders i get told they messed up my order then the girl runs in the back for 4 min while i just wanted a refund at that point horrible service wasted my whole lunch here for a order i placed at 4:30
