Yummy cheese steaks on toasted buns that are pretty close to the real deal! The subs are made fresh while you wait. I also had the fried mushrooms which were good. Would return!

We have eaten here a dozen times or so and it’s always so amazing. Great, down to earth people and the best cheesesteaks. Love it!

We have been visiting this location since the 90s, there have been owner changes but the food is still great tasting! It's a little hidden gem that you don't usually find in Nevada! The sandwiches are big and flavorful and the cheese fries are so yummy!

We have eaten here for many years but the last few years the food went down hill. The food has gotten so much better. The bread can once again hold the cheese and juices and the meat is no longer a thick chewy mess. Very flavorful. We will once again frequent this found again spot. ?

This place is great I just went there for the 1st time cuz I never went there all these years cuz I thought just another fast food place. Oh my stars!!! This place has great food we had to wait a while for our order, not long, and I was like this is gonna be good. I was not disappointed. The food is absolutely amazing. I will be going back again and again. I work as a nail tech in Reno and I have been telling everyone to go there. Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. This place is Legit!Ever since living in Camden NJ I've been looking for somewhere that had something similar to the great cheesesteaks I was obsessed with from the store down the street. This place? Matched it. But with more food! I'm so blown away by how legit this tastes, when everywhere else I've been to on this coast has only the grilled steak+provolone kind. The service was great, too. Thanks for chatting with us and being interested in our jobs too! You've made some new regulars. ?

I appreciated the food, but the restaurant itself was dirty. The floors were pretty gross, the tables weren't clean and there were quite a few flies inside. Maybe they weren't fully staffed. I got a very basic cheesesteak with their cheese whiz sauce. It was like better Arby's (no funky after taste). Over all, tasty! Just disappointing about the cleanliness.

Affordable prices and a delicious cheesesteak. I enjoyed The Works cheesesteak with garlic fries this afternoon. The inside decor needs improvement but the food helped me overlook that detail. This was my first time in and I'll be back. ?

Very nice people working there, I came from out of town and had the best experience. Food was amazing and super fast service. We are making this one of our main stops everytime we are in the area from now on 10 out of 10 recommend!! Food was so good I forgot to take a picture!!

Best cheesesteak I've ever had. Definitely a must try if in Reno. Great flavor big with a lot of cheese.

I loved it! Some of the best customer service I have ever had, George was super nice and immediately welcomed us in and made feel good. We got our food quickly and it was delicious! The place was clean and the atmosphere electric! 5 stars for food, service, cleanliness, speed, and good feelings! I think I will go back and if you haven't been here already it is a great hole in the wall restaurant that should definitely be checked out!

I had a delicious Chicken Philly Cheesesteak today for lunch along with some Curly Fries. Shae, Daniel and Delena & George the Owners were fantastic! Stop by and see them today for great energy and wonderful comfort food! @GoGuardReno

So good, the cheese fries are the perfect thickness even with the huge amount of cheese they put on them there wasn't any sogginess. I had the number 5 and the Mrs. had the BBQ beef, we both had just half our sandwich and split the cheese fries. The main guy (assuming he's the owner) was extra nice and even brought us to go containers with out our asking. We will definitely be back!

Great Hot Pastrami and delicious onion rings. But, OMG! the size of the Hoagie, lol.

Loved the food, if only they had one in Idaho!
