Went here on a Saturday with my kids, and the service was extremely slow. It took an hour from the time we ordered to when the food arrived. After we finished eating, we waited a long time for the check and eventually had to walk up to the counter to pay. No one offered to refill our drinks—we had to ask for that as well. I love this place for its classic Old Reno vibe, but the service on this visit was the worst I’ve experienced. If I hadn’t been here before, I would have rated it a one-star experience.
Historical classic Reno spot close to UNR. Great food, friendly staff.
Awesome little restaurant that will blow your mind. Portions are generous. The staff was accommodating to our large group of about 10 people. We will be back for sure!
This place is a must if you're in the area. Better than Archie's with more parking.
Burgers were good, order was wrong
Terrible service charged me for drinks that weren’t mine, I was there with friends and didn’t order everything, had me pay for everyone’s tab knowing damn well I was there alone, refuse to go there again without a free drink
It was slow when I went but had great food
I enjoyed my meal here. We came for trivia, which was fun. Despite there being a lot of people for trivia, the wait staff checked on us often. I got the Basque Chorizo sandwich. It was good with the peppers and onions. I did not get mayo as I found that to be an odd thing to put on it, but it does come with it regularly. The prices for food were good.
Food is pretty good and great customer service. There wasn't many people there, and it was a great environment
Food's ight. Service is pretty slow, even when the restaurant is not busy. Cool place to hang with friends.

Danny is a real nice gal and provides top quality service. She stayed on top of drinks and promptly brought our food. She always had a smile and very polite. Burgers are better than Archie's.

I don’t even know where to start. The vibe when you enter is not good. You don’t feel welcomed. The menu doesn’t have good options. Takes over 50 minutes to receive food. The food is not good. I got a burger and I asked for medium rare and it was overcooked. Vegetables weren’t fresh, rubbery. I DO NOT

Ahhhh the 'Wal...the venerable staple of UNR and college life. The stories I could tell, all the pre-gaming and fun! This was our second time having a reunion event there, it was a nice time, not loud and boisterous like I expected. Our server was great, the room was the perfect size, and I am glad we were there again.
