The Wal is awesome. Great food, great drinks, awesome servers. Bailey was a joy. She recommended the bbq brisket grilled cheese, it certainly delivered. Also just love all the Nevada decor. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Reno.

The food hit the spot, and dining outdoors added a nice touch to the whole vibe. Our server, a sweet lady with long blonde hair, made us feel right at home. She was friendly and attentive the whole time. All in all, it was a laid-back, pleasant experience that we’d definitely do again.

The food and the service were quick, and my burger came out the way I asked. Has a lot of strange decor in this place probably could use some wiping off a lot of dust and cob webs floating around our table from all the hanging decor. Might wanna clean it up a bit. Overall, the food was good.

First time visiting this location. After looking forward to trying this location for the first time and finally getting there we were very disappointed. From being primarily overlooked not going back again. After paying the Bill we didn't get our bank card back. I want to go get it and it was sitting on the bar by where we weren't. The wrong color we were ??? all the attention went to the other end of the bar favorites locals don't know, but as we sat there and watched the overall activities of the server and 2 guys working there serving themselves drinks moving tables and chairs like they were bothered. Just another disappointing first time trying somewhere new to eat.

We had our son’s graduation party here. I worked with Danielle on the reservations and catering menu. She was really nice, super responsive and explained everything. Addi was our server for the night. Let me tell you…she kicked a**! Running non stop, kept separate tabs for everyone, constantly checking on us to make sure all was good. She was a rockstar!! Thank you Addi! You were a big part of what was a really fun celebration!

Went here on a Saturday with my kids, and the service was extremely slow. It took an hour from the time we ordered to when the food arrived. After we finished eating, we waited a long time for the check and eventually had to walk up to the counter to pay. No one offered to refill our drinks—we had to ask for that as well. I love this place for its classic Old Reno vibe, but the service on this visit was the worst I’ve experienced. If I hadn’t been here before, I would have rated it a one-star experience.

Terrible service charged me for drinks that weren’t mine, I was there with friends and didn’t order everything, had me pay for everyone’s tab knowing damn well I was there alone, refuse to go there again without a free drink
