Recently, I took my children to this establishment for dinner. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not very busy, and it took an unusually long time for my food to be prepared. I noticed that the waitress appeared to be engaged in a conversation with the cook or was using her phone when she inquired about the readiness of my order. She responded by saying, “No, have a seat. I will let you know when it’s done.” I observed that the food could be placed in the “Ready” window. When I approached her again to inquire about the status of my order, she denied it once more. I pointed out that I believed the food in the window, which had been there for quite some time, was ready. However, she responded with an attitude and stated, “I guess let me check.” Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment due to the unprofessional and unattentive behavior of the staff.

Just paid $16 for three strips of meat the size of a jerky. Put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. The food was terrible the service was terrible, avoid this place

a delicious loco moco concept with a few hiccups... burgers seem sub par, definitely a deep freeze product reminiscent of salisbury steak...gravy was outstanding and eggs cooked to order...macaroni was absolutely unpallatable...texture way off and no where near as sweet and creamy as it should be....aside from the drink they forgot to include in my delivery order this macaroni was one of the worst things ive tasted in a hot minute...the closest analogy my brain has for these noodles is soggy spongy chalk...i have no idea what kind of noodles these are, but they are not normal noodles...and i would likely have chosen all rice over macaroni if given the option

Great food. Only two left in town. Reno and Sparks. The one on South Virginia has closed...

I always love the food here. Except when I get it delivery, it seeks to be missing things. TWICE NOW I've ordered the malasadas and they've been completely missing from my order.

The first time I came was so good good and made me want more. The second time, I was craving it. Got there, put the order in , waited 45 min, and then asked if we were still waiting. Oops, they forgot to make our order. Then we got it got home it was burnt so bad it was so hard to eat. Like a rock, then tasted black char. We threw it away. Mac salad was great the first time. This time, it was sauggy and mushy almost threw up. We got the mix plate and meat only rib plate. Had to throw it all away forty dollars later. Very disappointing 😞

They almost always forget Katsu sauce, when ordering take out or Uber eats. Have voiced frustrations and it still keeps being an issue

The Malasadas is not the legit hawaiian malasadas. It's thw pilsbury dough biscuits that comes in the blue cannister. My family makes malasadas, the real kine... save your money!
