Huge portions
always good food!
They almost always forget Katsu sauce, when ordering take out or Uber eats. Have voiced frustrations and it still keeps being an issue
Friendly
Loco Moco was amazing!! With the Hawaiian Suns on the side?? *chef kiss* PERFECTION!
The Malasadas is not the legit hawaiian malasadas. It's thw pilsbury dough biscuits that comes in the blue cannister. My family makes malasadas, the real kine... save your money!
If you enjoy Hawaiian barbecue this is the place.
Ordered the Loco mo not enough gravey for the dish and the worst part my over easy eggs were cooked over hard they were like rubber. When I went to the counter to have them fix the eggs the two girls wouldn't come to the counter so I sat .y plate on the counter and went back to my table, a few minutes later the .an who took my order came to the counter I showed him my eggs and went back to my table. When he returned his placed my food on the table with the original eggs still on the plate and said new eggs would be coming it was obvious he had a problem with me because I complained. When my new eggs arrived they were cooked just like the first ones I recieved!! overdone and rubbery. I will never go back and recommend that no one else waste their money on this place either there are too many goòd places to in Reno.
Definitely got my money's worth.

This place is trash…One and done. Ask to substitute Mac for veggies got a pile of unwashed raw broccoli, carrots, and cabbage without rice. Ended up cooking my meal at home.

Service was fast, clean place, but they were stingy on the chicken. The “chicken katsu” was more breading than chicken. Wontons had more chicken than these sad excuses.

Extremely mid, dry katsu that they don't even give you sauce for
Why not just get some proper katsu from a Japanese place?
I absolutely love this place.

The food is so freaking good. I used to get their loco moco all the time back when I ate meat. Now I get the garlic shrimp. I would go way more often if they made an impossible burger loco moco.
