Ordered the Loco mo not enough gravey for the dish and the worst part my over easy eggs were cooked over hard they were like rubber. When I went to the counter to have them fix the eggs the two girls wouldn't come to the counter so I sat .y plate on the counter and went back to my table, a few minutes later the .an who took my order came to the counter I showed him my eggs and went back to my table. When he returned his placed my food on the table with the original eggs still on the plate and said new eggs would be coming it was obvious he had a problem with me because I complained. When my new eggs arrived they were cooked just like the first ones I recieved!! overdone and rubbery. I will never go back and recommend that no one else waste their money on this place either there are too many goòd places to in Reno.

This place is trash…One and done. Ask to substitute Mac for veggies got a pile of unwashed raw broccoli, carrots, and cabbage without rice. Ended up cooking my meal at home.

The food is so freaking good. I used to get their loco moco all the time back when I ate meat. Now I get the garlic shrimp. I would go way more often if they made an impossible burger loco moco.

I lived in Hawaii for some time and this place took me back to my happy place. I loved the food when I was there and this was a slice of Ohana, Mahalo!!!! I haven't had malasadas since I left, so yummy!!!!

went in to order food to go - as we approached the counter a young man (late teens) behind the counter bent forward at the waist, thoroughly rubbed his face with both hands, then righted himself, flipped his head back and shook out his hair and ran both hands through his thick, wavy, shoulder-length hair - i looked askew at my husband as we prepared to order but the young man picked up a large cardboard box of food to go so thought he didn't work there - wrong - he came back in behind the counter and repeated the same action as stated above - told my husband i don't want to eat here, which they (with intention) overheard - he snarled and said "i don't cook the food" - and as we walked out the young punk (probably same age) - and i use that term intentionally - said in a very sarcastic and flippant way "have a nice day" - don't think i'll be going back - reported it to health department...

There was an issue with their ordering system but they were extremely helpful and polite about it and I only had to wait another 10 minutes and my food was ready, I go to this l&l all the time and it's my favorite one in Reno, 10/10 service and food
