I have been living at Loft 205 for the past 3 years. I wanted to give a shout out to Stacy, manager and Tony, maintenance. Both of these individual have gone above and beyond to make my living at loft 205 comfortable and peaceful. Recently, I had to moved to a different apartment and Stacy was helpful and got me into my new space effortless.

I love living here! The proximity to downtown and midtown makes this the perfect location to walk to many great restaurants, bars and events.Having a revolving front door code and parking area fobs helps make the building secure. The manger Stacy has always been friendly and accomidating as well as the maintenance guy Tony with any help that I need.

Living at Loft 205 has been absolutely amazing! The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, and fits my needs. The property's location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. The manager, Stacy, deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Tony, the Maintenance Supervisor, is on top of work orders, and is always there when you need a helping hand. I couldn't have asked for a better living experience. Loft 205 and its amazing staff have my highest recommendation!

Attempting to get a check for holding an apartment. Stacy (Community Manager) has given me the runaround. Not returning voicemails or emails. Telling me I have to wait 30 days to have Accounting to process the refund. It has been over 30 days. No response. Glad I didn't get the apartment

Horrible service, the staff are unprofessional & get back to you weeks later even after you leave voice-mail, emails & messages. They occasionally answer their phone & always have mixed or inaccurate information.

Nice apartments. Guests parking is available by meters. I saw meter attendants frequently.

They scheduled a showing with me at 2pm on Monday at which I showed up to a locked door. No sign of anyone inside and a number to call on the door that led to a voicemail. At least I know right away how much they care about their tenants.

Completely unprofessional. I had a appointment, but showed up to a locked door displaying a phone number that only led to voicemail. Called 5 times trying to get in. Worst part was because of the location I had to park at a meter, so it’s not as though I could just wait for them to show up at their leisure.No idea if the apartments are any good, but the management is not.

Do not move in. The air conditioners do not work. It’s been 2 months now since ours stopped working, and they still can’t give us a date for when it’ll be fixed. There’s only one communal washer and dryer for the entire building. Good luck living on the higher floors because the elevator always breaks down. And you probably won’t get your deposit back.
