Really bad service. No refills on coffee, every single place where I have eaten give coffee refills. Beans were salty. Attitude of lady at register gives the sense of being there "just because" No Customer Service at all. I am definitely not coming back here. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

In my opinion, amazing fries. We got it as a nice snack after dinner and it exceeded my expectations. The fries were crispy and the sauces complimented each other. There was a lot of cheese though, i personally like a lot of cheese so the amount was perfect but it might not be for others. One thing I would like on this though is an option to add some sort of meat, I'll definitely spend a couple more dollars for some meat mixed into it. Definitely would come back for these again

Came here on a sunny Saturday, it was busy of course but exciting and a lot to do besides eat. They have multiple dining cultures as well located inside. I'm a LA native and love El Salvadoran food, unfortunately Reno doesn't have a big market for it so I was very excited when I seen one located inside the Public Market. I ordered from Los Cipotes. Very nice people working and cooking the food, definitely authentic. I ordered the Flautas ($7) and the Pastelitos De Carne (4x$10), also came with a side of Curtido (pickled cabbage). I felt like I was back at home eating my best friend's abuelita's cooking. It was flavorful and comforting. The plan was to share it with my fiancé but I couldn't bring myself to share. If you're ever looking for good, flavorful and authentic Salvadoran food. Please visit them in the Reno Public Market. You won't be disappointed.

We placed a phone order and "Sebastian" took our order and had my boyfriend pick up the order. Once we opened up the order it was the complete opposite of what we had ordered. We had ordered 11 revueltas and 1 de queso. He gave us 11 de queso con loroco (which I don't even know where he got loroco from) and none of revuelta. Tried calling and Sebastian answered again basically saying it was our fault and he heard all de queso con loroco. I told him we never said queso con loroco and it was 11 revuelta and 1 de queso. He then tried to blame it on the audio of the phone and didn't understand what we had said over the phone. Pretty much made up an order we didn't even ask for! I asked if they can remake the order and we would bring back the pupusas and he said he would have to call his boss "Judith" and see if they would be able to do that. Said he would call us back and never did. Called back to see if he was able to reach his boss and he said no he wasn't able to and he said policy was that once we paid and picked up this order they would not be able to do anything about it per "policy". I asked if we would be able to get a refund since he was the one who got the order wrong and he said no per policy. Can't believe this establishment won't remake an order they clearly got wrong nor give a refund. I paid $65 for this order to eat none of it! This is bad customer service at its finest. Don't eat at this place unless you want to have your order wrong and to be met with workers that don't even care about their customers who bring business to their establishment! Way better pupusas elsewhere and probably cheaper too. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Reno public Market , vendor. Loved the Chicken Papusa, spinach papusa and chicharron papusa. Tasty sauce accompanied papusa along with a spicy slaw. Would do it again when in the area

Pretty impressed! a plate of three pupusa of your choice for $10, sure count me in. Ordered pupusa's and they were made fresh piping hot, moist yet not too thick masa. Flavorful and not greasy but rather cheesy greasy in the best way. It's located in a food court making it easy to order and eat with no hassle.

These are some of the best pupusas in town!! They're cheesy and they don't skimp on the toppings. They're locked inside Reno Public Market (RPM). They're made fresh every order, keep in kind this can take some time and be patient since you don't want rush deliciousness. All of the pupusas already come with cheese and you get to select the topping you want with it. We tried the chicharron and Chorizo. They have other options such as loroco, beans, calabaza. I would recommend to go with a friend so that you're able to try them all. Make sure you also have them with curtido ( pickled cabbage) and the salsa. For a true authentic experience ditch the knife and fork and eat it with yo if hands.

Although I enjoyed the taste of the food, I thought that it was way overpriced for what I ordered. I paid almost $20 for a drink, three small flautas, and a corn on the cob. I will definitely not return.I have spent much less for more food at the new Cracker Barrel!
