Louis Basque Corner has been a staple of Reno cuisine for my entire lifetime. They easily handled our holiday party group of 12 with great food and service. The steak and chicken were standouts but the cheesecake was my favorite. So much fun eating family style!
Wife and I ordered the no entree dinner for two, which came with bread, soup, salad, braised chicken, fries, dessert, and house red wine. The soup and the chicken were tasty but the rest of the items were average.
The service was good and the family style dining was great for meeting and conversing with the other diners at the same table. We lucked out with some nice and interesting people.

Very loud. Staff had to yell to explain how to order. Difficult to chat with my dinner companions.
Apparently, the next room (near the restroom) was much quieter than our table in the big room.
