$6.00 for medium watered down coffee. They don’t even have an ice machine. The ice comes from an ice chest which is already kinda melted ice. Plus the dreaded “it’s going to ask you something” when turning the tablet around for the tip. Below average drinks, but great environment. Nice employees. $6.00 gets you better coffee elsewhere.

The server went above and beyond, even going in the very back of the mall to check for beans when she couldn't find any under the cabinet when we asked. The drinks were so good. We went back for a seconds! It was an awesome little coffee bar with dozens of syrups to try with plenty of roasts to make a delicious caffeinated drink.

Great coffee!!!!! 👍 I visited this coffee shop by chance, and im happy i did. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall great experience. If you love coffee and cool vibes, you definitely need to check this place out! The atmosphere is super chill and inviting, but the real star here is the coffee – it's simply the best I've ever had. Not joking. My cup was brewed to perfection.

Coffee is pretty good and they have some fun combinations of flavors. It's definitely on the pricey side compared to a few other places in town, but I'd be willing to pay it for the food and drink quality. Unfortunately, service is lacking. I've been here 3 times and I've met 3 different employees. But the employees are either straight up rude, are constantly on their phones, or are unwilling to answer questions about the coffee. I saw an interview happening right at the shop with, I can only assume, the manager present and watching the employees treat multiple customers this way. I tried to brush this off as just a bad day for these employees, but it's clear that the entire hiring chain doesn't care about good service being provided.

Stood there with my wife for 5 minutes looking at menu while the barista and 2 other employees were busy discussing something which is fine. However, the fact that people these days don't even acknowledge your presence and at least tell you they'll be with you shortly is enough to never give them a second chance. Being completely ignored as a customer automatically loses my business for life. We went down the street to Hand Crafted Coffee which is always friendly and attentive.

Visiting from the Sunshine State and came across this gem of a coffee shop tucked away inside Reno Public Market. I ordered the Eclipse and got it iced and let me tell you, BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER TASTED. And yes I’m shouting bc it’s that good! Now I’m depressed I have to go back to FL and never enjoy such a delicious drink again.

Eric and Nick went above and beyond what I expected (I will spare the details) and as a result i came back a few more times while i was staying here in Reno. Kudos to management for hiring these guys...keep them around!
