My husband and I went to dinner at Mario's Portofino as a spontaneous outing. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. We were greeted by the owner, the staff was unbelievably welcoming and attentive, the food was delicious. It was definitely a night to remember. We will be going back as often as possible. I highly recommend.
We were having a wonderful evening with family in from out of town until dinner… The waitress Diana told us the soup/salad was included and encouraged us to include them so we each ordered one of them just cause it was included(some going untouched). Later upon receiving the check do we find out they weren’t and our bill had about a extra $50 on it we didn’t want. Totally ridiculous. We had a large group of 12. Some of the food was great, some ok, but on dish was returned - the pork chop. It was over cooked and the sauce was burnt. It was returned and another dish was not ordered. We waited almost 2 hours for our main corse. Seated at 7, dove at 10. When we got the bill, they charged us for the pork chop.
